Hellllloooo! Wake up! This is the year 2007! People use Skype and WiFi for calling, Messengers like ICQ, MSN or whatever instead of paying ripoff prices like 5000 US$ for 1 MB (SMS). And they have their mobile computer and office in their pocket for example with Windows Mobile 6. They do not even need an expensive iPod, because their cellphone has 2 GB or more memory and can play whatever music or movie they like. Welcome to modern times!

it is a very good economical phone with almost all the basic features

Can anybody tell me how many sms this 1200 could have in its inbox?? because i had 1110 before and it could hold not more than 70 sms in its BOX !! and I was so annyoyed by its blinking indicaton of " NO MORE SPACE " all the time !!!!
This 1200 seems to me cool otherwise..

well no doubt that its a good set but every set have some Draw backs as this set is haveing the restart draw back when u check the call history and then press the "BACK" it goes restart :((((((((

in this model not showing network providers balance amount and when recharge the net work providers recharge coupen amuont not cannot display. not in mobile call records 20 missed,20 dialled,20 recieved call details

nice phoneeeeeeeee....
simple n easy, long life battery (i haven't charge it since i bought it)... it is cheap actually but it just really a great phone.

hi, i only think of using 1200 as a vegetarian, ppls have been eating a lot of meat, should learn to be vegetarian sometimes....in my countries, ppls look for old phone such 8210,8250,8310,6310i, 8910, 8890, really shocked to tell they pay 20,30, 50,100 bucks for it, crazy mania !!! i myself should rather buy a new technique fone like 1200 to be with me, no pain, no sorrow, no worry...about when it pisses me off like the old phones.

Another rock Nokia basic phone! Simple,compact and concise. Nokia did listen to my adivise that abandon the ascending ringing volume pattern if the volume set is at level 5 (won't miss the call easily as 1112) However, Nokia still dosen't retro the tradional ring ring(British style)tone as in 8210 which I like most. Hope can be download from her offical support website.........

What the hell is this nokia? I know your market needs entry level phones but this looks like a phone from the early 90's! Even the 1100, 1110i or 1600 looks way better than this. Atleast if your making an enrty level phone try put more style into it! This phone rocks!...and looks like one too! Ok ok, I know I may sound to harsh but guys be honest if there are only 4 phone models left in this world, make it be the nokia 1100,1112 or 1200 or 1600, Are you honestly going to choose this one?

it's a simple n nice phone.
looks cheap actually but for just make a phone call or sending SMS its just perfect. ^^

OMG it has flashlight just like 1100? this phone has everything a cellphone needs:
-Long battery
-Good sound quality (hey its a nokia!)
-wont break or scratch (item)
and also a plus... clock and flashlight!
Also i dont know about other 3rd world countries but in mine you can see people picking garbage from the street or begging for money with V3 on their hands, yes they get 50$ a month but still use them to buy a V3 XDD The only 3rd world thing i see in this is since we have so many blackouts the flash light does a great job!...hmm wait there are blackouts in "1st" world too...

i have this phone and it is a excellent phone.
bcoz
when u use it daily about 4,5 hours for incoming outgoing calls and you hate to recharge battery again and again it has excellent battery life. you can make calls receive calls 4,5 hours per day, receiving or sending sms without recharging battery after every 3,4 hours... and low budget torch fone etc etc its excellent. ppl who are complaining why they are not using any other phone ..... ????? i guess they want everything in a phone having cost only 38$.... hahahaha stupid ppl

It's just a phone, but very good phone without no needed futures, like: photo camera, color display, internet connection, MP3 player and etc... It's a "working horse" for those, who need to talk for many hours and don't like to charge a phone every day...
