So i have left a post in their forums.

Is there a... more yeah friend, me too have tht same doubt... but verified lots of website for this vibration issue, most of them said yes for vibration... better ask nokia about this issue, thr is (ask nokia) option in nokia website, they will reply u in mail. dont waste ur time in nokia care.. they don know about this model.

This phone on listed on the Nokia India website as being available, but I couldn't find any where to order it online. Can some one please tell me if the phone is actually available in Kolkata/Delhi.
Despite being a dedicated Motorola fanboy(yes, we exist :P) and as some one who has been using Motorola phones for the past 5 so years, including the legendary RAZR,I really want this phone.
