Microsoft confirmed that it will continue using the Nokia name for its entry level devices such as the Nokia 130, the first basic phone that Microsoft introduced since the acquisition.

And how a... moreNormal headset or using a speaker of this phone are loud and good. Radio is good too. Mine, I am using a beats earphone, so I'm enjoying it much better than a normal earphone eheh (just sayin' only).

No JAVA.
Nokia 130, OS: Series 30+ Not Series 30 (theres a little difference on that, "30+" means 1 level higher than series 30).
MAYBE if Nokia update this Nokia 130 in year 2015, they will put a Browser, maybe? But I don't think they will. 'Cause Nokia 130 has 4mb RAM only.
If you really want a Internet Connectivity on a cheap phone like this, Buy a Nokia that has OS: Series 40, Like Nokia 112 or 208 and so on.

It appears though the Nokia 130 may have its limitations, there are people who like the phone very much.

It is meant to be backup phone and you wont get anything better than this.
This is the smallest basic phone(considering good companies only) and build quality is just awesome. It is very light (or may be i feel light because of my bulky smart phone) and I find the phone very sexy to use :)
It has the old snake game and I love it. Typing is far better than previous nokia basic phones. This is the fist basic phone produced under Microsoft and improvement is quite visible.
The call quality is also great and there is no voice leak issue as mentioned by previous immature users. The phone is quite fast to use except when moving from one SMS to another. Contrary to what a few of the reviewers told you can delete SMS as you wish means all at a time, selective SMS deletes etc.
If you are really looking for a basic phone then it will be a crime to go to any other phone.
i m loving this phone :)

a cheap phone for those who love to talk more than using internet...go get it bt it looks cheap too
