This is the best phone on the market IMO. Just got it few hours ago (Single SIM/Black). It literally have anything a PHONE should have.

          Pros:
          -best-buy overall
          -light, solid, good grip
-15 pins on its removable back panel, so it's freaking amazing and I don't see that plastic flying around at the first drop (unlike many cheap phone those days)
-average call quality...it may suck depending on the noise you have around, so turning the loudspeaker would solve it eventually
-dat battery, a real monster for this device [B7-5C] (you cand find it in most of the Earth's areas for less than 10$)
-500 contacts is the maximum capacity of its phonebook (which is f*cking engough fellaz)
-I like the green led beeping when I pull out the battery

          Lil cons:
-the earpiece speaker could be even louder
-I didn't got it connected to my Windows 7 machine via a microUSB cable and I'm affraid it's not possible as the phone's circuits detects a different voltage than the excepted one and it cuts down the electricity through
-the radio stays on if you disconnect the 3.5 mm jack - and this may result in faster battery drain than usual; so you gotta turn it off, then pull out the jack
-I've been used to Android SMS interface, but I gotta go dig this one. Most of the people will get frustrated to go from a smartphone 'packed up' inbox to all-in-one package, that kind of Nokia 1100 inbox if you know what I mean...but in time you'll get through.
-the camera could be better, but I didn't bought it for it
-it doesn't support WAVs from what I saw, neither MP4's. Hence I'm gonna listen to MP3s only and I'm fine with this
-it doesn't have EQ - here I doubt the OS doesn't support this kind of sh!t. But don't be scared, audio is quite decent. I would say a 7/10 for music playback (I had the Nokia 108 before and maybe it sounded better paired with a certain type of on-ear headphones)
-no way you can't install apps, which may be a pro for peeps like me (as you don't get any kind of malware/spying stuff ever on such a phone)

Smart people buy dumb phones, without internet or the 12h battery 'smart'phone problem.

Reasons to get a feature phone.

            1.pocket friendly-small size and lightweight
2.don't have to charge the battery all the time because battery life is better
            3.Cheaper than smartphones
4.More beautiful than smartphones-uniqueness in design
5.fast texting for messages and notes(physical keyboard)
These phones are like saviour machines...
            6.durability(less breakable than smartphones)
7.simplicity-everyone can use a feature phone
8.Nokia is back in feature phones business for the next 10 years and i'm sure
they'll release indestructible phones as always.I hope they won't disappoint us.
Still millions of people uses feature phones and i am one of them...

No money problem (i buy my E52 with $300 nine years ago), but i expect in 2017 a robustly phone, not to large, with good phisical keyboard for fast use, good battery authonomy, at least 1000 contacts, notification led and fast calling wen i need. No touch screen beacouse drain to fast battery...

What is so difficult... beacouse i'am sure will have a lot of customers!?

John E52, 25 Jan 2017I use at least 9 years Nokia E52. Great phone, business lin... moreE-52 was an excellent phone and it was a candybar business phone with high specs.
Generally E-series included many superb business phones.
The qwerty line of E-series was my favourite.
E52 had for operating system S60 and that is why it was more expensive than Nokia 150.

150 is just a simple feature phone with operating system S30+.
So brother you can't expect too much from 150 since it costs only 26$.
It's a decent price for a good basic phone but that's it.
I 'll buy 150 probably next month for my father because of it's durability.

If you need sth more advanced with physical keyboard Nokia said that they will release
a series of attractive feature phones and they'll try to regain some important part of the market.

I don't think of course that they'll release something so good like E52 but i 'm telling that they will release phones with better specs than Nokia 150 which is a good phone for the basics.

Since Gsm arena don't review feature phones it is good for us if someone had already bought this phone to try a review and answer to the questions of all other fellows here.

As for you if you need extremely high specs go for a Nokia smartphone and not a feature phone.

I use at least 9 years Nokia E52. Great phone, business line from Nokia.
I search a lot of time for another phone with the same authonomy of battery and easy way to use.
E52 have a very nice feature (predictive name) when i want to call a contact, from home menu (standby screen) just press a key and my phone associated with all contacts who start with letters from this key.
For example if i want to call JOHN, just press 5,6,4,6 and list of contacts with john name apear.
                    Have Nokia 150 this feature?

We live in the age of smartphones but that doesn't mean that many people
still needs a decent feature phone to rely on.
I think that the most important things in a feature phones are:

1.The quality of keyboard so that you can type easily and comfortable.
2.To have a good battery so as not to charge it all the time like smartphones.
                              3.The voice clarity(clearness).
                              4.The build quality-durability.
5.Easy to use( operating system easy to use for everybody).

All other things i think that comes after the above and with less importance.(design, camera, games, screen size, price etc.)

Since feature phones are destined for those who prefer the physical keyboard for typing messages and notes Nokia-Hmd should dare to release a cheap qwerty feature phone and check the amount of sales.

Blackberry is a good brand but most of their qwerty devices are expensive.
Generally the fruits in the phone market are costly(Apple-Blackberry).

So what the market now misses is a low cost qwerty device.
I know that times have changed but many young people are going to
support even nowdays a Qwerty device.

I like Nokia more than every other brand but i also respect Motorola and Blackberry.
For the next 10 years the good thing is that Nokia-Hmd will release feature phones
and i just hope that they mean feature phones for everybody.(qwerty, candybar, slide, flip style mobile).

We are tired of the boring design that smartphones have.
All smartphones are almost the same.

But let's see and wait because we are only in the beginning...
                                Since then Nokia 150.

No it doesn't support such apps...
It hasn't been released yet but since the Os is S30 plus,i don't give serious chances.
The apps that you wrote you won't find them also in Nokia 215 and 216...

Search some cheap Microsoft lumia smartphone with 60-70$ if those apps are necessary to you.If you have more money go for android phones by known brands.

Otherwise try to find older Nokia feature phones like Nokia 301,208 and generally previews Nokia phones with operating system S40.Those phones have what's app!

Nokia 150 is for basic needs such as calling, messages, radio, camera, torchlight, long battery. It also has good loudspeaker, nice design, snake game and of course the durability of Nokia.
It will be released very soon but availability depends also by the country so i can't tell you exactly.

Anonymous, 11 Jan 2017Nokia 150 vs Nokia 215 - which one is better? It's better to choose between Nokia 150 and Nokia 216 and not 215.
216 supports java games but if i am not mistaken 215 don't.
216 has almost the same price with 215 but got two cameras instead of one and both with flash.
Moreover 216 is a new model.
So ask yourself if you need a browser to download games and if you need a camera for selfies.
If you don't then go for Nokia 150 which is a cheaper phone.
I believe that because it's the first Nokia /Hmd phone it will be a very good one for basic needs.
