Good phone, battery lasts aprox 5 days, but in my case i`ve had 2 software problems.

I have never owned a Nokia before and i decided to try it as i was looking for a phone that makes and receives call.If this is an indication of what Nokia is like then the've just got another customer.Its a good basic phone and thats what i wanted.If i need to take photos i'll buy a camera,and i've got a hifi at home,car,etc.

The Nokia 1600 is brillinat, i love the feature of being able to set the time and date of when it sends a text message, e.g, you can set to send a message of your choice, at 15:00 10/12/2009 if you like, and it will do it!!! , the more expensive phones do not have this feature.

HI, Nok1600 is a compactable model , eventhough it does not hav many facilities it looks attractive .. the one who is not usin gprs , audio , video can go thr tis handset ..the one who wish to buy a color handset in a cheeper rate can go thr tis mobile ..

this is the worst model i ever seen in colour handsets.
eventhough this is cheap it is not good with out any facility.
this is like eating chicken by placing the hen in front of dining hall.
so better go for other handsets in colour.

I bought this phone last week it's great but I have a problem with the ring tone volume I can't hear it, they told me that I have to update the software version, should I do it to solve the problem? please respond I don't know what to do.
