Hats off to the guys who find this phone cute. Nokia 1661 is a basic phone and it is foolishness to expect much features with low price range.
Pros :
1) light weight ; Easy to slide inside the pocket
2) Inexpensive ; poor guys can also afford this phone .
3) Durable : phone's body is made with hard plastic ; falling from small altitude doesn't impact much hence very Much secure even if it falls down unexpectedly
4)Bright Screen
5) Good Design : round edges at the corners ,

its the best phone. the pblm might be due to the charger pin or the slot which might be broken. try using a new one!! I am still using this phone bought in 2008 and my pblm is the panel keys broke off due to extensive usage. mail me at johnsoluke@gmail.com. thanks

Using Nokia 1661 for over 3 years now. Good basic phone to talk and sms only.
Good battery backup.
FM satisfactory only.
voice quality very poor ie low.
Recently developed this battery problem and it states "not charging."
Any help or suggestion to fix this problem ie when i plug in the charger it says "Not Charging."

Dis phone, has a very good processor and the version of android is rly awesome, good price, good camera, awesome on autoFocus, 5" screen ( good size ), touch is cool, no laggs, Good memory ( 16gb ) and can go up to 32 with SD card, this phone is great, i have it and i sugest u buy it
