This is a fantastic phone. For the price Nokia have managed to pack in WiFi, AGPS, 5 MP Camera, E Mail, Internet. And the battery is fantastic a solid 48 hours without recharging.

i got this mobile two weeks back.. i set the default contacts as phone only but its displaying both sim and phone contacts...so all the cotacts displyed twice...its really iritating..help me on this...

the signal is frustrating.. when inside the house it's hard to send sms because the signal is none.. but outside is fine

I use this fone for 3 days, no complain only when i typing a letter fast it a bit slow. But totaly is nice fone. Low price, but high look..

the Nokia 1661 is very low quality phone, after using it for 2 weeks no ring sound problem appeared. going to the agent they said no the pb is not covered under the contract...i m surprised why Nokia make such phones !!

I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. After using the phone for two days (1 call) it needed a charge. Fully charged I went out of town it was dead when I got to my destination. I charged it up and then it wanted a security code #, what is that. I guess you get what you pay for?

Hi, Does anyone knows if this phone can read more than 500 SIM Card contacts? Some of the phone like N2626/N1650 can read up to only 250 SIM Card contacts. Any idea?

I bought this phone yesterday. I have two queries,
How can I view the Missed calls register ? as the option in the call register shows only the dialled numbers and not missed calls ?
Also, all my incoming calls are displayed as Private number? I am unable to see the number of person calling. I tried from my own (secondary) mobile number, instead of displaying the number, it displays private number.
kindly advise.
