I had installed Word and Excel apps and I'd been using them since I bought this phone in December but since yesterday they both stopped opening and responding. I tried cleaning cache, removing and installing them again but I didn't have any success. Every time I try opening any of these apps they're just closing. I looked for any solutions over the internet but I couldn't find anything which can be useful for my case. Do you have any ideas what should I do? Do you think the problem is with my Nokia as I'm also thinking? Thanks!

Don't buy this phone its totally waste of money, this phone has only 1 gb ram, 8gb rom and it hangs a lot, now Nokia is not a trusted company its just fooling people.

Too bad. bought for official purpose. it can not take even the stand by. battery dry up very quickly.

I bought the Nokia 2 a week ago and it's been giving me problem after problem.im not gonna download WhatsApp every second day , what a waste of money.im taking it back to the shop.

For me , I love the phone, even though it lags and have small memory space. You just have to insert a sizeable memory card and and set it as an internal storage, disable some undesired pre- installed apps , then you go ! When this is done, it is a great phone !

I can't launch whatsapp on my new Nokia 2. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again from Google Play Store. Installation was successful but the app cannot open. It says whatsapp has stopped. I checked the internet settings, applied mobile data/WIFI on/off, flight mode on/off tricks but still I am not able to open the app. Anyone with similar issue? Any suggestions?

Like what's the point of having gorilla glass or an aluminum frame when the device can't even run a single app without "serious" hiccups!

Sound is completely distorted from receiving end from any mobile network - it shows that the problem is in Nokia 2.

best phone for battery backup, lasts three days long with continuous internet(only Opera mini and my own made133kb browser) on wifi,
or 2.5 days with music/video on background added
but hangs a lot

positive:
Good phone with great back up and surely takes time to charge fully since it's running on 4k mAh battery
Nokia has kept its word with regular patchs
Negatives:
Application hangs at times since it has only 1Gb RAM. With Oreo 8.1 upgrade hope things stabilize
