As per as Indian market concern its great phone , and Nokia flagship will be like something which will set standard for next five years, like Nokia does previously. This is not just about phone from Nokia is coming back but its about quality and reliability will be back . At least quality will be competitive. Companies busy is producing every day new phone rather than producing a quality phone, and quality standards are set for flagship which is extremely costly . Welcome back Nokia

GPU Adreno 308 supports API OpenGLES 3.0
Whereas nougat requires OpenGLES 3.1
Which as per Google standards it won't allow I guess.
