huh, 18 Dec 2012what? spring summer lol , not waiting that long i buy anoth... moreIt's Nokia! They always have issues with simple phones from beggining . No one stops you from buying other phone.
Just buy it already :))
But if this phone appears in January and you buy it and have problems with firmware - don't say it's bad!

When you are still on the go of manufacturing feature phones, I would like to see a very attractive and stunning design Clamshell phone from Nokia with 2.4 inch screen, width 54 inch, good voice clarity, awesome music, powerful battery backup, and equipped with latest technology. If it comes in the market then definitely it'll be a record breaking sell. Hope you are not afraid to go for this experiment....,?!!!

Optional dual SIM simply means that there are two models, one of them has dual SIM cards (2 SIM) option and the other has single SIM card (1 SIM)
just look at Nokia 206 pictures you will understand what I said before

I read in one article regarding this specification ! (not sure about it)

Guys, don't hurry up for this phone. As you know, Nokia is always having problems with the firmware at the beginning. This phone will be okay in Spring-Summer time.
But now it will be buggy.
Just wait.
I want it tooooo soooo much :)))

Anonymous, 15 Dec 2012yeah you're right Nokia Philippines is so slow in releasing... moreyes, you are right. i guess their marketing employees are sleeping on their jobs. hahaha. i am no MBA or Sales Manager, but i know that a demand, even how little it is, still posts an opportunity to earn. i also know that when choosing phones, we tend to go for those that are "Sulit" and the quality of the brand itself will suffice.

im sure nokia is the best in producing this kinda of phone...candybar, alphanumeric keypads, s40 os and the simplicity of using it.

i was looking for a mobile from nokia which would have 2.4'' inch screen[240x320],s40 or s60 os.i have used nokia c1-01 a year ago and after that i wanted to buy nokia n73.now i'm using samsung wave y and i'm very upset with it as theres not so many games or apps available for it.i want games .now i will buy nokia 206 without any decision.because
it has-
1.large 2.4 inch screen better for games
2. s40 os themes supported
3.nice looking design
4.1.3 mp cam ( it should be 5 mp or 3.2 mp)
5.it is in form of nokia n73(specifications differs excep camera and display)
6.dual sim(its great for me-one sim for calling use and other for internet)
i guess its price will around rs.3500 to rs.4000.i am waiting for this little beautiful mobile.
