my phone got knocked off my desk ,thereafter it would not work unless I submitted a pin number.I have forgotten my pin number,and after three tries I was asked for a puk number
which I gave.I was then asked to put in a new pin number,and then asked to confirm it
which I did ,but the screen reads ERROR .After 10 tries the phone the phone is dead
what must I do ??? Please help!!!! g.ogiela@telkomsa.net

It real. Dont buy this phone.it doesn't work properly. It does not work whatsapp, games,apps.its waste and worst phone

it is good phone, but it had china mobile chipset mediatek mt6250 this chipset support outhorised apps games like gameloft mtone wireless and asa softwares this company cheating from customers the same rate rs:2500 celkon,carbon had a mre that support whats app and all vxp apps and games

i dont seek this kind of phone for fb & whatsapp because phone like this were never meant to be to do a smartphone stuff...
eventhou i do not use it's whatsapp and fb....the phone itself were slow as shite...
i think the older nokias were performed better than this kind..

this device is good. but not support the blutooth device & also the whatsapp.
