This phone is quite handy to a person on a VERY tight budget. Uploads images quite easily via email. It's memory also has the ability to be read by other 3rd party software such as mp3 players

this phone is sooooooooooooo coooooolllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!! i can do whatever i want with this. The 10MB internal memory doesn't bother me ... more than enough to me. Finally a smart phone for a low price.

i wanna buy this phone for my mom and i read about it on nokia page, they said it has 32mb memory but here its only 10mb. which info is right then? but at least this phone seems to be much better than 6230 or 3500 classic.

yes you can install softwares or games etc...as long as u keep into the limited within the internal memory range. I believe games are relatively small in file size, as for softwares what do u exactly wishes to install? I basically couldnt squeeze Handy expenses, alarm in it as i believe it runs on a different interface but i managed to install the most important thing of all; my ebible :D

Like the fingers in our palms which are different sizes ,people too have different tastes and budgets. Also intellect.
I generally see rich people using expensive smart phones. . . . Only to make and recieve calls and nothing else.. . . . For they are not smart enough or have no inclination to learn other functions.
There are many people who do not have the budget but would like to own a phone with a camera and fm radio with internet browsing but with a budget. This phone is for people like them. . . . . . . .

Got this phone at 5 pm. By 8 pm it stopped working. Screen just goes "white". Taking it back to T-Mobile tomorrow. I thought a small phone would be nice. But I find that it's TOO small making it hard to use.

I believe it will cost you nothin as long as your phone is under warranty.

After reading most of the comments thru the review, i realised alot of them who find this phone *crap* is totally nonsense at all...its either u dun understand the meaning of a budget phone or i dunno wht da hell is going thru your mind.
I have experiences in buying from the most expensive range of nokia till the cheapest in my entire life and this handset itself is practically amazing...When i say amazing is due to the Price u are paying for...now this is a basic phone and basic is what u get, but its more than what u bargain for.
My review so far:
- Sound quality for ring tones is pretty decent,its not surround sound or 3D tone feature u get thru the upper range but its loud enough.
- Size very compact, buttons feels good except the last button below the 9 key.
- Batt seems to be large enough 1020mh compare to 2630's 700mh
- Software although similar to the prev 2630's but seems to respond much faster
- interface wise looks neat, most of the require basic features are included
- memory on this phone 10mb is small BUT its good enough compare to the slightly more expensive and useless supernova 7100 with only 4mb!
Conclusion:
Every phone design or made in the market are non-perfect cos there is nothing perfect in this world..whats perfect is what you choose to be perfect for your needs. I find no WRONG about this phone for the $55 (outright without plans) i am paying for. The concept is you get what you pay for. you want more, just pay more...but having to owe phones like E71,E90,E63, E51, carbon arte, couple of N series and some low end ones -> Definately nothing to complain about this one. :)
