I bought this phone as a backup 6 months ago. This phone in my opinion only suits a real beginner. It is slow moving from one screen to the next, the camera is in very minumum quality and the ringtone is not loud enough. The only good things about this phone are it's slim and light, and have all the common features like alarm, calender, etc. but how good can it be if the phone's speed is so slow!
So make sure you are fine with these before you go and buy one.

i liked it. untill i dropped it. screen broke. i have thrown phones at trees and they didnt break. so be nice to it, it will be nice to you

I love the 2630. I wish the speaker was a little clearer and stronger but all other features are great. No probs.
Can anyone suggest how to make the digital time larger on the display or time display only.

Whatever, 17 Jan 2009Can anybody teach me how to transfer my images to my friend... moreU just go 2 nearest net cafe and find pc w/ btooth. Then send to that ur picz.. Nw u can transfer it 2 ur friendster.. Or u may use operamini on ur phone to upload ur pics in ur fs...

its a very good phone in the price.
you won't find anything like that in the same price.
the camera although VGA it has good quality picture.
the resolution and color is fine and FM radio is also good.EDGE/GPRS support make the phone very usable. I m just uning Fring on my Mobile. Nokia seriously beat the lower market. I just love this phone and recommend everyone buying this.

Bought this phone a week ago. Loved it so much. Has lots of features for a cheap phone...bluetooth, camera and awesome built-in memory. Had used other phones before but I think this is the best. Small, thin and very sleek...just fantastic!!!!

I get an Nokia 2630.The specification in this page show that USB connection to the PC is not valid.Because of this reason ,I have tiryed to BLUETOOTH connection to my PC .But I could not succsied .Some body could kindly send me an explenation of the program

paddy, 10 Jan 2009I puchased the 2630 about 5 moths ago,wth low battry life,s... moreI'm also purchased the 2630 around 1 month ago,with low battery life, i mean not reaches for 3 days, it going to empty battery. But when i was referred for Nokia Website(zitron dealer) to checked either it original or not.as a result, this battery had a sticker(original) at the back of it..for now, i dont know ho do solve this

This phone is great for the price. Its really damn slim and the memory is more than enough. Yes it wont be enough for those who dont have a life or want to listen to music all day long. Buy an mp3 player if you want to play music and buy a phone if you want to make calls. And man, reading the other posts you will notice the worse toiled english ever heard. Please people drop the messanger lingo and start talking good english so others can understand you.

i have noticed this hand set and the nokia 3500 are also similar in the sense that they are made in china.
Unfortunetly the name Nokia is good but the craftsman ship and battery life. leave Alot to be desired for the whole range of their phones before they were made in japan becuase they wanna be cheaper they are made in china u can certainley feel the cheapnes in the whole ranges of phones iam currently looking for anouther handset maker nokia is getting sad

Hello, Please let me know whether this 2600 classic play songs loud or not. I wish to buy a blutooth enable phone which play songs loudly. So i will buy it only if is LOUD play songs. Also can we put songs in the 2630 via computer??
