i've experienced a problem about my 2630 phone, everytime i opened my phone memory it keeps on asking for security code but i did not change or put any codes, i did try the default code but the code error always appear..so, i just only used the sim card memory..i consult the nokia authorized dealer located in our area but they can't find remedy about my concern.

this has a very short battery life,otherwise it is a slim and a smart phone.i wish it could have contained a memory slot.

hey does anyone know to turn off the service reply...... i am using airtel... and whenever i message i get the bleady reply that last message cost 0.25 rs inr and so on... for each damm message i get the alert....pls help me to turn off it

ismail, 02 Oct 2008i dont knot how to activate GPRS in my mobile pls help me guys.2 activate ur gprs u hav 2 cal ur customer care ( airtel/vodafone..) n ask him for that.he wil send u settings u hav 2 store them.then u can access gp..

i did a full restore on nokia 2630 and when it restarted it asked me to re enter a new password; i did then the phone wud not allow me to unlock the keypad to enter the menu!! the buttons are fine becauce when i ring d phone i am able to answer pressin d unlock button!! plz help

Almost the same except the 2630 is a bit shorter (the width is the same though). The 2600 comes with a different colour cover to change. Otherwise functions are almost identical.

marius RO, 22 Sep 2008how is the battery life ??? ... how many days lasts ? tksI've just bought one from Dubai. Finding volume (not of ringtone, but when talking to someone) very low. Been playing 'Sudoku' a lot and the battery has only lasted a day and a half. I bought the phone coz my last one's battery was packing in. I had the 1100 for 5 years and it lasted 3 to 4 days, but this new little phone isn't doing as well. Maybe coz the battery's slimmer? Still a nice basic phone

Itz a very bad mobile, because it is made in china.Its battery timings are very very poor, it runs not more than a day.A poor quality mobile,Bye,Dunt buy nokia 2630 ever.
