Its a great phone... I never seen the phone like this before in my life from Nokia. Thanx Nokia.... It has all features that i wanted to be in a 1 cell phone.. I am a sms lover and it can store up to 12000 sms... yukkiiiiii .. wowo
Its amazing...... It can share message memory for MMS/ SMS / Themes / Games / Videos /Mp3 Ring tunes.... Enjoy this Cheapy phone.....

I might want to buy this one but I only saw it on a photo. I didn't read any comment on the screen but I saw a NOKIA (don't know the type) where you couldn't see the screen very well as it was dark. What about this screen? On the photo it seems white and clear to see but is that the truth?

i have bought this phone 2 months ago.its design is gr8 but the only thing that is only have 13 mb of memory.but other features are good.FM radio is clear also.and the price is reasonable.

you cannot transfer files from this cp to the pc because it has no data cable. I suggest that use the bluetooth connector so you can transfer your files. or u can find another phone that has a data cable and send your files to the other cp then transfer your files to the pc....
hard way huh..very complicated....

I worked for Nokia Multimedia Department handling keypad design. I am a witness to the design of the phone by one of out top nokia phone designers and engineers. We did make it a point that the phone will be specifically for people who simply wants to use the phone for sms and calls, and maybe some form of entertainment.
We did not design and created the phone merely to satisfy consumers multimedia craving like MP3 player,WLAN,Megapixel camera and the like. We created a phone that will stand out even if its a simple phone with a very sleek design.
The Nokia 2630 can be tagged as a proto type and will surely be making an improved version in the near future.Im not speaking in behalf of Nokia but as a consumer as well who also uses a Nokia 2630.

got this for USD78 only. i love it! its features is too much for its price so its very nice. I dont regret at all i bought this phone:)

never, ever store your phone numbers in the phone memory on this phone! the screen breaks very easily (mine broke the first time i dropped it) and there is no USB connector, which means you can either buy a new screen (usually about the same price as the original phone) or kiss your numbers goodbye.

does 1000 phonebook enteries means that we can enter several fields in one contact and 1000 such contacts could be saved in the phone. i am looking for a basic model which could store 1000 phonebook contacts each with office/home/mobile numbers. Can you suggest one ???

You can't buy a data cable for this phone. It has a camera and the port for a data cable but no one has it. they want you to buy the bluetooth. what a terrible way to do business.
