am confused with the opinion i red about Nokia 2630 am not sure am going to buy it.I would have prefered Nokia 3109 but that one is not having enough features as this only the 2000 phone number entries is amazing

there iz no USB connector and i purchase it seprately but fail to connect wid PC

Cant assign every contact with tone but u can assign every group with tone. Contacts can be grouped under same categories and pictures are also can be assigned to groups.

Slim fit, not-so-good battery...hangs atimes...cool features for the price.
But can someone tell me what that port between the headset port and the charging port is for?...I'm guessing USB....

i bought it last month, i can say that it is quite good, yes there is a USB slot but my friends say that the USB is not yet available in the market, even when i bought it is not included, lol! i think it will be needing a micro micro usb, haha!

nokia 2630 and 3110 is different from eachother:
3110 has a music player
while 2630 doesnt (but can recieve mp3 files)
3110 has a memory card slot
while 2630 dont( only 11mb)
3110 has 1.3 mp
while 2630 has only vga
they also have simmilarities

this phone hangs so often moreover we cannot access the internet via bluetooth on our pc. i think i was duped by the nokia

I bought this phone on NOv 2007, and i never faced any kind of issues on it.
The battery life time stands for 4 days with a normal usage, and with minimal usage it comes upto 5 days.
Charging the phone takes 3 hours of time, but a very good phone for a lesser price having bluetooth,VGA camera,songs listening and FM Radio.
Moreover it's quite sleek and slim.

it is good but the baterry life is full,. you must charge it everyday.. i only use messaging but the battery life is so very poor!

i bought this phone last mar. 7 but i observe that the battery life can't sustain for one day and after two days even it is full charge it switch off automatically and i cant open it so i returned it to the store where i bought it.. my point is it possible that the battery has defect even it is still new? help me pls

I also bought Nokia 2630 on 6th Mar 2008 and the very next day observed problem of hanging the mobile, if the incoming call is not received and left as missed call.
I took it to the Nokia Care, (S.S.Service, Chunniganj, Kanpur). They formatted and reloaded the software. Thenafter, phone did not hanged on missed call.
Today on 11th Mar 2008, I again observed the haning problem after receiveg a message which was not read. I showed the mobile in hanged condition at the above service center.
Now, they have taken the set. Let us see, when they return the set.
Battery backup is too poor. I observed only 3 days standby time.

for that lady what was ask about music on this phone.
I will tell you that this phone don`t have good and loud volume.Also this phone doesn`t have big memory and I will tell you do not buy this phone. If you want to talk with me i will give you my e-mai;
