i was planning to buy this mobile but i found out that the Nokia 3110 classic is cheaper and has expandable memory, 1.3 MP cam, longer battery life, and a faster series 40 3rd edition software. the 3110 classic is i think a better buy in all aspect expect that the nokia 2630 is slimmer.

Amazingly thin and light. All other thin phones I've come across make up for their thinness in their heavy weight but this phone is genius.
However the design is tacky. I wish Nokia had put a decent design on it rather than a gimmicky design, something like the 3110 classic's design.

Yes it has just a regular VGA Camera. User Memory is 11 MB, way better than 2610 and 2626. It has GRPS, Camera, Bluetooth, Radio, what else you want, right!!!!!!!!

i think the hanset is nice but the external sound is not so powerful that you say wow

I just bought this cellphone and it is pretty light and thin. It is an excellent model considering the price. Features are good and it has a bluetooth, don't need a cable to synchronize contacts and transfer ringtones and graphics. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a speaker on the bottom that always gets blocked when you put it on soft surface, in order to hear the ringtones properly it must be placed on a hard surface lile table. Other than that it is a good model with average featues and the good thing is price is low considering it has a camera as well.

I bought this phone and I'm very happy with it. It has almost everything. Radio, Camero, Video, Bluetooth, GPRS, Email etc. The keypad is excellent. It is just a feather-touch. The TFT screen is also very good. It gives the mobile a very rich look. The only drawback is its low memory. It has only 11MB of memory. And there is no facility to add external memory. Otherwise, it's worth the price. Go, buy it!
And just to answer the previous posts, it has both timer and stopclock (under Organizer).

The mobiles is fabulous,very sleek,smooth 2 handle.i luv this mobile,but the disappointment is the panel colour and the memory capacity.
NOKIA should have given either fully black r silver.and the memory 2 b roughly around 30-40mb.

I am having this phone for 2 days now. Real slim. Screen clarity not up to the mark. Camera and battery backup is normal. Two things disappointed me.
1. The Userinterface is a bit slow. For a series-60 phone, the slow UI could be accepted. But not for a series-40 phone like this 2630. But not untolerable. Adjustable
2. Lack of Pop port/USB port : In this site specifications, i saw that usb port is available. Unfortunately, it doesnt have popport or miniusb port. It has a very small port meant for use by service center
(as the manual suggests). But fortunately we have bluetooth to connect to pc and browse

I need timer and stopwatch,how come this doesn't have both?it's between this and t250,guess I'll be going for the T250,cheaper too
2630 $150 and T250 $100 upon released and dropping in the next couple of weeks.
