the phone is easy to slide but the absence of extrnal memory is the worst of all. a phone with large memory is a must in this modern world

Janelle, 09 Aug 2009Can you tell me wot the trick is to getting the sim card ou... moreJanelle, in the back of the phone there is a slot at the top of the battery compartment. You'll notice it from the metal tab which protrudes slightly.
Slip the SIM into the slot with the diagonal edge of the SIM oriented to the top right of the phone (looking at it from the rear). To eject the SIM, simply grasp the edge of the metal tab and drag it downwards. The SIM may require some gentle negotiation to finally set it free, but it can be done.

great looking phone however keeps freezing which is frustrating also no memory extention which i wish i knew prior to making purchase over all good basic phone slim line afordable price without fancy frills

This has to be one of the worst phones I have ever used. I returned the phone the next day, and went out and got a Razr. Do Not Buy!!

Just bought phone around 3 weeks ago. Love it, specifications here are wrong, phone DOES have video :) reccomended

i miss this cellphone :c i lost it on a public car ! but ` i dont have to worry now because i have my 6300 & 3500 =]] .. but i still miss some of the features of it .. specially being SLiDED =c

The phone looks good. I love the style, the memory in not enough for an updated phone in this age and time. This phone should have a card slot.

This phone is the worse.I put in one sound as a ring tone, this took all the memory on the phone. Thhis phone should come with a card slot.
