I got it almost a month back....its great. The best phone you can get under 3000 bucks. The price now in Cochin is 2600. Go grab one if you8 want the best phone at this range. :)

NEED YOUR HELP...
Time detail for received message are different compared a real time... it is only happen when i receiving the message.. until now.. 1002 (10.02 a.m) in malaysia.. but in my received message.. it shown 0150 mean 1.50 am..i already try to change n reformat the time n date seeting but it not working. PLEASE reply ASAP.. realy need your help.. TQ

:) Battery life depends how u use it basicaly
:) Keypad is better when u use. Its like completing Graduation or more if u r uneducated :-)
:) Have u tried COPY & PASTE in other Brand mobile
:) Have u read User Guide which is always near u.
:) Technically disadvantages where Customer Care cant solve unless u request to meet a Technician
:) Its better u use Mobile less than Rs.1250 at this point.

:) Hide Time & Date in Setting.
:) Make sure Auto Keypad Lock is Enabled even for safety which is the Best 4 all Mobiles
:) Press Power/End (Red button)

I have been using the N2690 for a week. The list of features is quite comprehensive, with memory card option, 2000 contacts etc. The quality of image is poor be it either the VGA camera output or the themes, screen images. The sound quality is average. One of the most disappointing thing was the battery. Only one day the full charge lasts for my set. I moved to Samsung E2120 and found that the battery back up is great, though this set also has many draw backs like small screen, no easy connectivity to PC, only 2 GB memory card. Also the key pad of N2690 is plasticky and hard where as Samsung E2120 is very comfortable for typing.

:) use any image size & format like gif, png, jpg as wallpaper (output quality better from png than other, coz system wallpaper: png)
:) centre, full fit, rotate
:) hide/show de clock/date in settings

I am not able to make the clock on screen "small" !! there is no option..either i have to hide it !! I can't put a person's photo as wallpaper...the clock takes so much of space on screen !!
