My Nokia 2700 classic can't show any headset. And there is no sound when it is connected. But the backlights light up when I connect or disconnect the headset. For this I can't listen the FM Radio. What should I do ?

I am use nokia 2700 classic in 2 years. It is a very good phone. But now a day it cannot work properly. Some application are not sapport. But I can not service it. Because nokia care center say they can not do anything.
Please help me. I can not change this phone.
