Go to Settings>> Configuration Sett.>> Personal Configuration Sett.>> New>> Select "access point" from out of 5 (web/mms/ect.......) in name: type operator's name, and in APN : Service provider's
APN, E.g. www for vodafone, And in option of Use packet data, Select No.;

go to settings>> configuration settings>>> new>> select "accss point" and fill "APN Name" only and Come "3TIMES Back" then select the apn you created , go to it's options and activate it and enjoy
