Nice build quality.the black shiny glossy plastic scratches easily .great WiFi hotspot speeds,volume buttons are helpful,nice big keypad for typing,smoother and faster performance from KaiOS 2.5.2 versus the Nokia 8110 4g OS,2.8 inch screen is a big improvement.
Highly recommended to buy this over the Nokia 8110 4G if one is thinking of getting a KaiOS phone.

Just bought it 3 days ago. I experimented it as a work phone and here's what I found out. Yes it has Whatsapp but it's a very watered down version. Because the screen is small, reading large amount of info is almost impossible. Scrolling is a nightmare but that depends on your resilience. However the make or break deal is it doesn't support advanced documents (Office docs or PDF). The battery does hold charge very well, about 40+% from 8AM-5PM. Email is ok, all basic functions work. What's weird is that I got signed out very often and re-signed in and as a result it takes me to the email's setup screen. Fortunately you just hit save and it works again. Annoying though.
Strength: The volume on this thing is crazy loud in comparison to higher-end phones. Listening to the other person on the other end of the line is very satisfying (I'm guessing satisfying amount of radiation too? Hm?) Maybe I'm too used to the weak-ass volumes of current phones.
Verdict: This phone is for oldies who need minimal communication with their children, and little children communicating with their parents. As for developers, the phone runs webapps on the platform so I think it'll be a fun experiment for code enthusiasts. Other than that, it's a very handsome phone. Cheap? Definitely not, because the features don't match. Kai OS' app store is practically less than 20-30 apps overall? Garbage apps mostly. Oh well.
Danger: Very tempting to break it in half after a phone call. Just like the movies.

i've had it for about a week.. nice, cool.. brings back memories. i hope nokia will provide continuous updates to the firmware and also increase the number of apps in the store...e.g. instagram would be nice...
