Just got a pre-owned one here and damn...KaiOS truly quite an OS! Love the "pixelates" look & feel UI...very retro indeed...and UX are rather straight forward to use.
Now...the best part is, it has got the most important app that cover the basic need such as WhatsApp, Gmap, Browser, YouTube & FB!
And the next level thing is, when my boss asking me to download and use the company-built app, I'll throw this phone to him and ask him to install for me LOL

Nokia 2720 - constantly reverted to Arabic, took it back to shop twice to have it fixed, 3rd time I left it there. No text to navigate by, so like learning a new language. Even the one text message I received was converted to Arabic, so unreadable for me. Sorry but the Nokia 2720 is not suitable for seniors.

Question for DUAL SIM version owners: Does the phone have 2 SIM card slots + a dedicated memory card slot or is one of them a hybrid slot so I will have to choose between using 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM card + memory card?
If the latter is the case, is it possible to save music files to the internal storage via USB cable? And if so, is copying the files to the phone comparable to using a card reader or USB memory stick or is it significantly slower?
Also, is the cable used for data transfer included or do I need to buy it separately?
Long story short - I want to make sure that I'll be able to use it in DUAL SIM mode while also being able to use it for MP3 playback.

I am satisfied with this phone. KaiOS does the job great. What is incredible is that it is a button phone with WiFI, 4G and some basic apps. It is a great replacement for a smartphone. if not even the best at the moment. The only con is the camera which ain't that good. Otherwise, I would recommend this for phone/smartphone minimalists with a feature to stay connected in some way.

Kai is is not user-friendly. Every time its stuck. Contact app is worst ever. I am really upset using this Nokia phone.

after 2 months of use, my 2720 has become quite sluggish and freezes whenever a sim card is inserted upon startup. The Sim toolkit feature also freezes after pressing back button.
I am not sure if it's KaiOS or Nokia that is to blame. However, this has been a waste of my hard earned $90. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
If anyone can create a custom alternative ROM for this phone I would immediately sign up for it.

I have one of these phones and I must say I am pretty disappointed with it. I liked the original Nokia 2720 fold so when I heard about this I sought to buy one when they became available but remain very disappointed. I purchased mine from Argos for £90.00 which is by far the most money I have ever paid for a phone in fact it was nearly twice the price I my previous Nokia but not half as good.There are many things wrong with this phone but by far is the dreadfully unreliable tedious software.Until recently I couldn't do an update and neither Kaios nor Nokia had an answer but now that's been sorted however that update hasn't solved any of the bugs all it's done is add more things in the store. Texting on this phone is tedious unlike the new 3310 which is great.Series 40 would have been quicker,better and more reliable than Kaios rubbish! Then there's Nokia's claim that this phone is build to last yet I managed to break my external screen by cycling with my phone in my trousers pocked which doesn't come under warranty.Annoyingly unlike every other Nokia I have ever had the alarm clock no longer works with the phone switched off.The camera is an utter joke and not worth having! Then there's the dreadful battery life lasting barely 3 days and that's if you switch the phone on,turn the screen down,make or receive no phone calls,have no bluetooth or internet on.If this phone cost £50.00 it still wouldn't be worth the money.My previous Nokia a 3310 3G was much better,quicker for texting,responsive software,superior battery life and a better camera all for only 50 pounds for I recommend that over this rubbish! The only thing going for the phone is the internet sharing I do with my Chromebook other than that it's it is a rubbish phone!

It is nice. But nokia could be more nostalgic to bring back the N series of nokia with 4g support. There are still many fans of N series. N95, n96, n73. Those were the days of nokia. The golden days. I would definitely like to see some of those phones in future.

mine comes on monday, the only physical drawback is the glossy finish, i love the matt element and i think it would look dven better with it

I have it and i would like to have the chance to make phone calls via 4G i mean with WhatsApp, i used it as a second phone but i feel they can improve the system, i am aware that this is a phone to avoid distortions i just want it to call but for global calls always better to use WhatsApp.
