Absolutely ridiculous to set up. Just received it. Was on phone with verizon for 2 hours and still could not get it set up. Will drop back in the mail. Absolute WASTE OF TIME!!!!

My husband and I both got this phone in November 2021. Both go off and back on randomly. Sometimes his goes off and will not come back on and he has to remove and reinstall the battery to turn it back on. Are regretting getting saddled with this "free" phone for 2-1/2 years. Had to upgrade because we had 3G phones. Only way to get another phone is to pay for these and I understand the restocking fee of $50 will also apply. Nokia and Verizon are both not helpful in resolving this. Feeling kind of sick about it. And we are elderly.

I would not recommend this phone for anyone and especially senior citizens. I had one for about three/four month and didn't any service from it. Most times with an incoming call as soon as I answered the phone would go to mute. I would try to return the call and as soon as answered it would go dead.
I have a severe heart condition and about a week ago I blacked out in my home work shop. I was home alone and when I woke up on the garage floor I tried to call my wife and the phone wouldn't work. I managed to take care of my self but if I wouldn't have been able to I would have probably died because of this inferior product. A few days later I was in my shop and my wife called to check on me and when I answered it went dead as usual. She had to leave a meeting and drive home to check on me.
After this happened I placed the phone in a vise and destroyed it with a hammer, placed the remains in a bag and returned it to Verizon. There response was (We can sell you something works if you want).
The end result could be that this type of inferior equipment can be dangerous and deadly.
I've tried to work with both Verizon and Nokia and their customer service is really poor. I've got no results, I have no phone. I feel better without one other than have something I'm relying on and when needed it don't work.
Todays companies a concerned with bottom line profits and customers are just an inconvenience.

I find the 2770V to be very user UNFRIENDLY. It has a mind.of it's own. It does odd things for no reason. It takes a very intelligent person to figure out how to access any of the features on this phone. You are on your own when trying to navigate through any of the features on this phone.

Was interested...until I saw it runs KaiOS. Forget about having control over the product you buy, you won't be able to uninstall any of the bloatware demos or adware from this thing.

Overall the phone is ok except for the texting feature. The
T9 will drive you bananas. All punctuation must be accessed on another screen. Since we mostly text these days avoid this phone, but I can't find a flip phone that's any good. Oh well... I guess we're being herded toward the smartphone.

Why Nokia cannot make something like N86 8MP or N95 again? and adding some basic modern stuff on it, like 4G, bluetooth 5.0, whatsapp, teams, facebook, youtube etc. These phone have everything we need, A REMOVABLE BATTERY, decent camera, gps, fm radio, wifi, decent multimedia, barcode scanner etc.
This is a kind feature phone we need!!
please make a feature phone that can REPLACED our so called smartphone.
but Nokia was never learn, they always come out with this bullshit feature phone type.

This is very similar to any other flip phone on the market. This phone has potential, just should of used 1 GB of RAM. Have used a similar KaiOS phone (AT&T Cingular Flip IV) with same specs and the web browsing and use of some apps can be slow enough to make someone impatient. Extra RAM would make this phone perform faster.

This is not a smartphone, just a better version of a feature phone. There is a lot of people who doesn't want to use big smartphone, but want to use Whatsapp for messaging or video calls via 4G or wifi. There is over a 100 million KaiOs users in the world, so there is a market for this type of device...

I move around a lot and I would buy this phone anytime if it’s android. This could’ve been a perfect tether host instead of using a dumb Mifi or other “regular-bulky” smartphone.
I've been using my main phone as tether host for a prolonged period of time and now i feel like its battery health is degrading rather quickly ...
