This is good model for browsing bt it has 1 disadvantage that it not bear the video calling as it is a 3g model.

Just bought the phone as a gift for someone, my 2 cents below.
1-The display is a 65k color screen not 256k as Nokia state... i have compared it with the 2700's screen, and the difference is very noticeable-colors are washed out in this one exactly like a 65k screen.
2-The camera lacks a protective sealed glass screen (not talking about the window on the back cover).
Heavy cost cutting to incorporate 3g is clearly noticeable. If 3g is not a priority for you, my advice is to go in for the cheaper 2700.

i h8 this mobile...it is the worst mobile of the world..my advice 2 every1 is not to buy this mobile bcoz its keypad is 2 hard and it is very uncomfortable mobile

Hi, I am in lahore, I purchased this phone for internet use.It was working nice, but opera mini stops working after months. Its ring sound was very low, barely audible so i used to miss many calls. Its email on the sms folder just didnt work. The set was made in hungry, and while typing email, strange type of script like in chinese language came. Believe me, I threw that away and bought a cheap chinese nktel at one fourth price.I also had a nokia 2700 before and that was much much better than this model.

I can not download files from rapidshare from the phone browser. The cowntdown is not running, rather it is fixed at its initial value and so the download option do not comes. I can download from rapidshare from my previous phone sony ericsson W910. Please help.

The phone is performing jst to my xpectation. Its graphics, battery back up, user interface & applications are all superb. In Rs 4000 its a best buy. For sum d colour availability of d phone & USB Data cable may be an issue as in Delhi the Nokia 2730 classic is in black metallic design and there is no USB Cable in d package. Nevertheless d phone performance overshadow this aspect. Go for it!
