Worst phone I've used. Can't even handle loading webpages correctly because it runs out of memory. Formatting an external sd as internal storage causes the phone to bootloop so you're basically stuck with 4 gigs storage and you can't move apps to the sd card.Thing can't handle more than one application at a time. Can't even browse the web and listen to music at the same time since the phone kills the music application.Since the android 10 update the phone is almost unusable and keeps crashing even under the most basic of tasks such as opening the camera. The only plus about this phone is the battery life otherwise I'd advise you to steer clear from this hunk of junk.

Nothing is more frustrating in life than using Nokia 2.1 the update was a Trap by Nokia to force us get a new phone. I will never near anything name Nokia again this is the worst mobile I have used all my life
