Any Nokia phone including 2.3 is over priced, substandard and notorious after sales service. Instead of Nokia Care its like "Nokia Don't Care". Think twice before buying Nokia phone. For faulty phone replacement I have to visit to consumer forum.

Still have probs with it. Freezing, cannot send pics on viber, slow internet, other people in home have any problem with internet even with phones older then my.
I want to try one day to buy announced 9.3 5G,but I need to be patient and wait for opinion and observation of other users.

Its screen freez frequently when i open screen lock screen disappeared show after 10 second . It not a good mobile in this price nokia is a failed company

This phone has been freezing consistently until you close the screen and re-open it. This has been going on since December 2019, for 6 months now.

install the WhatsApp application.
Please go to "Setting" > "App¬ification" > "Special app access" > "Battery optimisation" > triangle > "All Apps" > "WhatsApp" > set as "Don't optimize".
Restart the phone by doing a soft reset: Hold the power button + volume up button at the same time for 10-15 secs > release button when the device is turning off.
When the device turns on, you may need to turn off "Battery saver", "Data saver" and "Do not disturb" if they are active. Then please use the application for a while then verify if it works.

Also this phone has sturdy design, good battery and better display plus camera. Processor is just fine for calls texts browsing. That's what average humans do over a period of saturation.

This phone is horrible, slow & very buggy. Kept freezing up. 2hrs to install 18 app updates. Seriously never known a phone so painfully lacklustre slow. My best advice is avoid at all costs. Battery is amazing holds the charge well. But software is unresponsive & takes forever to do anything. Shame really. Could of been a good phone

I haven't bought it yet but I can't be discouraged by the negative comments. I will follow my heart. No phone is a hundred percent perfect.

Did another factory reset for the 2nd time to see if the unresponsive to touches would stop but nothing has changed.
Just have to be locking/unlocking my phone every 20 secs to temporarily solve the issue.
This phone is frustrating me!
