Since I updated my to Android 11, my phone can't download any picture or video sent through WhatsApp. I can't send pictures or videos via WhatsApp to anybody. What do I do?

The new patch is installed all works fine my 2.4 always worked fine. You get what you pay for stop complaining it's not a 1000 euro phone it's a budget phone so don't expect wonders it just does what it needs to do and it's excellent

You MUST install the latest patch from Nokia.
I bought this phone about 6 months ago, and it has been the biggest POS I have ever owned.
Constant lockups. VERY VERY slow.
If you are using bluetooth, forget about using anything else why it's enabled.
Was about to throw this thing out, until I found this website, and the post about the update.
It is a night and day difference.
All the lockups are gone, and it is much faster.

Got a new Android 11 build (00ww_2_280 build) & November patch version update this week. Around 1.8 GB. Now all my old issues are gone. Thanks Nokia. But don't screw up software experience in android 12 again. Test and release somewhat late also no problem.

This phone is a POS. The freezing that other people in the comments mentioned, means that when someone tries to phone you it freezes and lags for so long that you end up missing the call.

Don't know people complain about this phone. It's not a flagship. Recommend this for users who enjoy watching videos , calls, checking emails etc. Not gaming phone

Had it a year. It freezes. Is slow. Apps do not respond. Sent in for repair. Came back. Same problems. Asked for replacement have to send in again for another repair and they may replace....hopeless.
