I have also recieved aa mail and HMD Global said the same thing.
Let's hope for the best.

Never buy Nokia phones they r factory of problems
It's just 2day has passed i buyer Nokia 3 found 2 issues 1-multi touch during games.
2-message not recieving.
But when I visited Nokia forum I found thousands of people complaining Nokia about many problems but what I found more painful and disrespectful is no employee from Nokia had even replied to them.
Now I would prefer to buy even 3rd class Intex,Micromax,lava phones but don't buy a worst class Nokia phones.

Bought Nokia 3 phone couple of weeks ago. I am not happy about the processing spread and the battery life. It is too slow and the battery go down quickly. As such, I have to keep a charger by my side at all times

It has a very high built quality and is strong enough to overcome any seroius fatalities.
I am using nokia 3 and i am very much impressed by the phone.
The slimness of the phone makes it more attractive as such slimness is not seen/found in a 10k budget smartphone.
As far as the battery is concerned , it has a2630mah powered non removeval battery which is very efficient and powerful.
Bruv, as I have bought lots and lots of smartphones , of them Nokia 3 is one such which is very much precious to me
I revommend u to buy Nokia 3 and NOT other 10k segment phones Including - Redmi 4,moto C etc.

Nokia 3 and all nokia phones are outstanding.
U did'nt find any irresponsible services from any Nokia store and the service is good.
I have visited nokia stores in Russia , USA , South korea , Canada and Helsnki.
Services are not bad at all.
Might ur region may not have adequate service centres.

I was in HMD global conference/summit in philippines and they said the updates would be comming soon for Nokia 3,5,6 and might be Nokia 2
