the only problem I have with this phone is :
1.it heats up too fast while on the speaker mode e.g.:(spotify).
2.while using the apps installed on it, they suddenly crash like its not moving at all and I needed to clear cached or histories, 3.since I've updated it to the latest version and patch
battery drains too fast! it's classy indeed and no complain about its camera )it's actually great) , must say that it worth's the money just for awhile, but after sometimes, you'll realize that it's not good for an investment of 1 to 2 years

Hate this phone! Awful!
Why?
Contacts get deleted. Enter a new one and save it, then try to retrieve and get the message 'this contact does not exist'. So have to enter details all over again. Frequent problem.
Next.... try calling.... no dial tone. So have to reset the phone and try again. Might take two attempts.
I'm with EE. This has never happened with my iPhone in the past. Only with the Nokia3.
Also, had notifications of incoming messages when away from home wifi, but can't access the messages on 4G.
Often sound notifications, but unable to retrieve the messages.
Main frustration is the deletion of contacts after saving them.
Horrible phone.
Will get rid of it as soon as possible!

i had purchased before 3 day. but i think it is not good. bcause some times it automatic hanged after power switch off and on then it works. after using some time the battery became heat.

Display automatically goes off and stays there for a couple of hours ....I contacted the dealer for this issue .....they replied this is common in Nokia 3 as if it is a normal issue!!!...literally disappointed with this Nokia 3

To all you people complaining about the Nokia 3!!!! You all suck!!!!!!! Nokia 3 it fine I have latest 7.1.1 phone is not laggy battery is great compared to my s8 and it's a sexy looking device if your device isn't working to a point of not working at all get it replaced it has a 12 month warranty and for people that have bought it pre-owned well shame on you should of bought it new so you have warranty on the device

Just feel so disappointed after so much enthusiasm about buying a Nokia phone again. I haven't seen any phone drain battery and freeze screen like this Nokia 3. Wish I could have my money back.

Display turned off and does not respond, sometimes phone remains in this state for more than an hour....
than automatically starts working....
buttons does vibrate but screen stays black...
if someone make call, it does ring but screen stays black..
i just don't recommend this phone.....please save your money don't waste them on Nokia 3.....

my nokia 3 also just switched off automatically and now I cannot switch it on or reset it.totally does not respond to anything.please help

Mobile not bad for the price but driving using Sygic and VLC over BT made the unit freeze frequently ending up in restarts. And it isnt quick on that.
However, Nokia has said to continue with support for a coplue of years but now mid oct, Android 7.1 is still not available for UK units.......
