If your laptop has a built in Bluetooth you can easily pair the two device. if your laptop do not have Bluetooth, get a Bluetooth usb which cost about 5usd. plug it to your laptop and the driver will be installed automatically once windows detect the usb/Bluetooth device.
follow the instruction on pairing the two device or seek a friend help if you don't know how.
To send photo from phone to laptop. turn the nokia 301 Bluetooth ON and then search and select the photo/music/or any file you want to send, then click the Bluetooth icon on your taskbar, click the receive tab on your laptop Bluetooth menu, then at the same time click send tab to send the file from your nokia.
check the documents folder and there you will the file. enjoy

i would very much like t know how can i transfer pictures (photo's) from my phone to my lap top and pc, the quality is excellent and i am vry pleased to be able to take pictures like these but want to save them and put them on a disc evntually

tipo, 02 Oct 2014when i connect charger to the phone. phone goes to the USB ... moreMy 301 will only charge fully and quickly when using a genuine Nokia charger, either the AC-20X mains one or the DC-20 12V one in the car. Other USB chargers either don't charge at all or only very slowly. To get even a slow charge you must use a fully connected data cable and the charger usb socket must have about 3V on the two data pins. I don't yet know what is different about Nokia chargers. You don't get the USB mode dialogue for a start. I'm measuring charger current consumption of various chargers ATM, with interesting results. The slow chargers never go above 80ma ish, but the Nokia ramps up to 200-300ma over a couple of minutes, depending on the flatness of the battery, and ramps back down again when charging nears completion. I'll cut one open when I have a spare and see what is inside.

had anyone have problem when receiving long text like 500 characters? because i'm using nokia 112 right now and gets "some text missing" when the text is reaches 300 characters.

that is awesome phone battery backup is so good and that support Social Apps Whats'up, Line, Hike, And Viber.....is So so good......

iam using nokia 301 for 1 year.i have no problem.it"s an amazing phone.battery timing is so good.and not a slow phone it"s speed is fast.iam very happy to purchase this device.specially the 3.2 mega pixel camera sooooooo nice result

when i connect charger to the phone. phone goes to the USB mode and stop charging. please solve the problem.

I have read all different things about this phone- it is normal, old timer with excellent battery - 5 days i'm using it as my second phone still is on 2nd line. When i have power on for the first time battery was on 2-nd line of 4. So probably if you speak 5-6 times in one day it will last more then 10 days.. It has not so good camera - quality 3 of 10 - the sound is nothing special same as camera - 3 of 10. If you prefer HIGH quality phone - this phone is not for YOU. This is cheap phone - for kids or for an old timer... hope this will help.

No its not that bad as described above. Nokia always brings authorised phones whatsapp is also supported overall o good phone still if hve any problem then bro go n buy an android bt dun expect such things from it

One of the worst phone I've ever had. Always loose signal inside building. Frequently loss communication during phone call even outside building. The keypads are hard. Lagging SMS sending. Battery drains fast. I've bought Asha 202 previously and had similar signal loosing problem. Maybe it is Nokia phone weakness. I don't want to buy Nokia phone anymore.
