It does not run the Nokia Maps applications but simpler applications such as Nokia Nearby (preloaded in the 301) which gives you informations on POIs such as restaurants, hotels, help, ... located close to your estimated position. This application requires internet connexion. Other simple geo apps are available on OVI store.
