I think there is no option to change the alarm tone to be not in ascending manner of loudness. And actually, even myself gets distracted by that..

i guess ill go with the 1 gig mem card. i dont think i can take the risk of the 2 gig.
im really enjoying downloading themes and ringtones. i think you all know this sites but i recommend zedge.com and mobile9

guys, can you share to me or anyone who read,how you solve the low volume of built-it alarm tone even the '+'button has been pressed to maximum? Even when using aac tone, the alarm tone make it such that the volume is ascending from low tone to louder a bit.How to have alarm tone that is same loudness as when playing as music? Waiting for your guys experienced sharing.Thks.

hello this mobile is good but its camera is only 1.3 if it is 2 r 3 then it would be good mobile like N82

media player of 3110c sucks(i think u also feel da same way abt mda plyr as i do.)

I think there are currently no anti-virus software available for Series 40(Java phones).. I don't know about the performance of this phone when inserted with a 2GB since right now, i'm using 1GB and it's working fine.. And should you decide to insert a 2GB micro sd on this phone, i think the best brand to buy is only the Nokia original micro sd. Other brands other than Nokia, are just i think compatible of up to 1GB only but i'm not sure with that. :-)
You can try www.getjar.com(if you're using PC) wap.getjar.com(if you use your phone's WAP browser), www.mobile9.com, www.mobiles24.com for many other downloads.. But just be careful for the themes. Some of them may cause the phone to restart even when specified that it is compatible for 3110c..

i am using nokia 3110 classic. they didnt provide USB data cable to me. for using internet i need it. they asked me to use bluetooth drivers. but i need data cable.
for that what i can do. but you provided USB plug-in in mobile.
whether i can buy data cable separately or what i can do.

hi everyone. i bought my nokia 3110c 2 days ago and im really loving it. im yet exploring all the applications it has to offer. for a cheap price of 5.8k or around 150 $ you can have a phone thats equal or even surpasses other expensive phone. =)
but since i am just a proud owner for 2 days im not yet sure if im gonna meet any problems.(hopefully not!)
so to those who are experienced users of this superb phone, i would be very much grateful if you can answer my queries:
1. ive read that it is most unlikely that 3110c can get virus. but just to play safe, can you give me a link to a good anti virus?
2. my phone isnt equipped with any mem card when i bought it (sigh!) i read that it can support up to 2 gb. but im worrying that if i use 2 gb the phone may lag. or will it otherwise go faster and smooth? please help me coz i cant decide which to buy: 1 gb or 2gb.
3. and lastly, ive researched and found out that it can only accept s40 applications. can you also give me links or sites where i can safely download themes, music and applications in my 3110c?
i wish you guys can help me out. =) and thanks in advance.

does this phone have good music quailty and is it a loud phone like r the ringtones loud like the nokia 6233

I found that 3110c has an extremely low alarm voice, so i use radio for my alarm voice which is louder than built-in alarm tone. Anyone have any idea how to get louder alarm tone beside using radio as alarm?
Pls help, else i keep worry if i will wake up late one day.My version is 5.50.

well im frm BGD so i cant tell da price in indian currency but i think a 1gb sandsk will cost u abt 13-18 us dollars(approximately).u wont get ny card reader or anythin along wid it.however,u can buy a usb or c reader to connect wid pc(don worry dey don cost 2much).
