it will work well after repair only if u never try 2 turn ur fon on after drop 2 water.
To repair it, just open the sircuit, and let the sun dry it for 2-3 days (but let the repair man 2 do this).
But it will never same again like new but in most case u wont see it with ur eyes.

i just rarely playing music at my 3110c (15- 30minutes a day), so my battery last for 3-4 days, sometimes it last for 5-6 days if there is not much message/email/call that i receive and not everyday play music.
So if u battery only last for 2 maybe u play musi2 throu its speaker and maybe more than 30minutes dailly plus u got call/messages so often.

it ate around 753 mb out of 956 mb using 1 gb kingston card.
here are some items that affects file size
1. length of song
2. file types ( aac has higher compression rate also mp3 (most popular) , wav and flac has a high file size )
3. bit rate ( the lower the bit rate the lower the size but sound is getting poorer )

Hi people..
Is it just n0rmAl thAt I only get 1-2 dAys out of my f0ne? I only seld0m use muSic plAyer of n0t m0re thAn 30 minutes a day, And i had b0ugHt my f0ne last Tuesday, c0z Ive seEn s0meb0dy post that gets 5-6 dAys on N3110c. PleAse gUys.. Do share your viEws.. My battery is oRiginAl c0z it hAs Nokia Care warrAnty sticker.. Thanks..

Yesterday accidently I dropped my mobile into water. I gave it to Nokia.. Will it work properly after repair? :( Will there be any problem with display? I asks the person regarding this, he just said, we need to check.
Anyone knows about this?

Of course u can update 3110c not via nokia website.
Just use UFS Tornado/Grifin Box etc.
But i never do that, i only know that it can. So i cant help u more than this.

Hey Expert 3110c users,
Can anyone tell how can I flash my 3110c mobile set with latest firmware, so that my mobile will be as fresh as a new one and will be bug free? Pls do not advise me to update firmware using nokia updater or website. I want to do it independantly using third party utility which may also void my warranty. Is it possible? I did such previously with my Siemens C35i & Samsung X100. But I've not found flash file/firmware file or utility yet. Thanks.

Can anybody tell me whether upgrading to v5.50 is free in nokia priority dealer and can the v5.50 play all the tracks in the music player? Thanks

Just install firmware v5.50 and no more problems. Battery last 5-6 days. Very good phone. Firmware is available at nokia.com all you need is miniUSB and Internet. Nice Cell Bye.

Hey maybe u USE only 1-ear earphone which has a earpeiece for only 1 ear WHILE i own a Nokia double-ear earphone which has earpieces for both ears and my one soundz immensely gr8 and its Just the replacement for SE's heart-thumping bass reflex earphone! I can happily bet 100 bucks for that!!

I really proud of my 3110 Waj.
Dont even thing 2 change it 2 another fon like n82. U know n82 really sucks, its battery only last for a day. 3110 way better.

I hv SE w800i n 3110c.wen it is abt sound quality i dont find ny difference between these two(even wid da headphones).both of da phones sound quality is jst great.

Hey all, to convert mp3 to eaac or aac,just use nokia music manager,its slow but it works,and saves huge space, 3110 supports eaac,so i prefer convert music files into eaac at 64kbps,the audio quality wil b as good as 128kbps mp3,and waj i think you got one fake nokia headphone man,cause original nokia headphone is nothing but garbage,n your fake headphone is givin awesome 3D SOUND wit heart thumping bass,and who ever is doing fake post wit our name must be banned,gsm arena do something

yar Buddy lissen u have no idea about nokia orignal headsets
they are jst the replacement for bass reflex headphones of SE!
Seriously infact i find Nokia's orignal quite good and they give a gr8 3d effect!
Maybe the one u used was an immitate of Nokia orignal headset go to Nokia card Trusted shop and buy frm there and chk the difference:(
