It is a great fone but for some pieces it has got software problem(not more than 20% which can be rectified by software upgradation). I have been using it since 3 yrs and not even a problem. You can handle it very roughly.

I've been using this phone since 2007 and it is true that the c0mm0n problem of this device is its music player (updating music library then shuT down), but when i upgraded to ver 7.1 in 2009 (reformat and upgrade), my 3110c never had a pRoblem anym0re.. I like it!

As a phone, its really good. Only con is the really slow music library. It takes almost one minute to the player to start playing the track. Only the "all tracks" -list works fast. I still think that the problem is only on my device.

i'm using this phone from one year.. its such waste of money. ther is always a problem with bluetooth, music player. from past one year i've running to nokia care for atleast thrice a month.. its really a waste of money

i ve had this phone for the past 3years and it was good to me it survived baby saliva,water falling numerous times, it just recently started switchn off when i try to go on to the internet but i understand its old .

Excellent phone. Never had any problems with it in almost 2 years. Updated software long time ago, and have been very happy with it. Cheap, robust, battery lasts forever, good keypad, sound, exception...
The only letdown is small screen.
Overall very good value for the money...
