As I am using this phone for the last three years even I had the same problem with the phone of switching off
There are various reason for tht
1=> Less of memory
2=> Memory card having less memory available
So try to use the handset without the memory card for 24 hours and very important the software update does work on the handset try doing it urself by using ur own computer as the nokia web site as the latest software available software version 07.21 for Nokia 3110 Classic try it it does work as in the last three years only had a problem once with the phone but this phone is the best is the best

I'm using this phone from past 1 year.. it never gave me any problem before but suddenly it started getting switched off..I have also given the cell to nokia care for updating the software and paid 250rs. without any warranty but after few days again the problem started..i hve done this twice but today it got switched off.. what to do is there any solution for his.

But then 1.5 yers aftr i use it quitely and suprisly the didnt get any prblm and dnt hang. I hapy wit it bcoz im a stdnt so i cant afort a spanciv mobile. Dis is a cheapst phon wich hv a gud cmra n gud msging qualitly thanz. My nokia 3110c

Hey, i am using this phone for about 1 year and visit to customercare is 6 time display is notgood camera is worst in night net is slow and you can not download more than 1 mb at a time in bolt and ucweb phone restarts auto. and does not start until the battery full charged plz do not buy this phone nokia 2730 2700 are very very good than this age tumahari marji

kudos!! its been a heavy duty one..I have overused it yet its friendly.. I have had no expense so far at all..Nor even visited the CARE CENTER.. Very Tough One... ONLY disadvantage is the clarity and real color in the camera... BOB'S UR UNCLE>

If you can't do that, so don't download any app,game from your phone. Using ur computer go to brothersoft.com then select your device then install any game,application which you want. Then send it to your mobile via connecting data cable.
