repeated problems occur in the phone. the phone restar automatically .some times the phone is not working (switch off condition)

low battery back up, good for basic uses. memory expansion troubles.

The phone has served me well however, of lately just this month of january 2010, the machine just went off itself and came on later itself again after about 4day.What could be the problem?This after technical person had indicated that the machine needs memory flash back. wass that the problem & if so why again it just come back itself?
