i have had this phone since October of last year. Its basic and i wish it had more features, but in reality, do u really need a camera and push to talk? -- No
the reception is clear, the battery lasts ages, the keys are easy to use, the phone actually looks quite nice, and it holds about 200 text messages.
the only problem is - the phone has maybe been a bit slow writing text messages and so fourth a few times. however this hardly occurs.
overall - excellent phone for a basic persons needs

I have used the phone for the last 3 months with no regrets. but their is one small problem.How do I trannfer a file from the PC to the phone.

sorry but this phone is absolutley rubbish its got features more useful to a goat than a human. i was under he impression this phone is quite old and a non gsm mobile. no bluetooth no camera no push to talk an xhtml browser without edge. although anybody whoo would think about buying this phone must be still on WAP minutes they're that behind. Nokia have released over 25 main stream U.K. mobile phones why though even with Karl Zeiss optics it makes as much difference as a goat having a frying pan. whereas the w800i is goats milk

i just wanna know that i saw in its features to record 1 minute audio and save it as a ring tone but i couldnt resolve that how it would be possible.so plz anyone guide me regarding that feature

Dear Junglehead,
It has volume control. While talking you have to push the right arrow key on the 4-way navibutton to make it louder!!

Just bought the 3120 in Bangkok, I live here and dug it got high marks for reception. The subjective downside is, which I didn't realize until got it home, there is no volume control for people calling. That is weird and a bit of a drawback. The loudspeaker option makes it too loud, if you don't want to broadcast your conversation. You'd think a volume control for incoming voice wud be standard, especially in a city that is noisy and people tend to talk softly. Any suggestions? Thinking of another Nokia - others have volume? And give this one to my better-hearing girlfriend.

A very good phone for any beginner or a person of field. I've been using it without any glitch for a good period now.Dont expect two much from from a 4 channel polyponic tones or 4096 colour. Very practical and hardy. Commendable work on part of NOKIA.

Nokia has good screen, good tones, calendar, this is phone with all features most people need,really easy to use,and also quite good looking,
with cool price...the best...some pics on freewebs.com/phonobox, fine wallpapers for our phone..

i used to have this phone, a pretty good one too, highly recommended for entry market level users! It has good sounds, good looks and is lightweight and overall a good all rounder

better than the best phones of nokia.. i simply love it. it is one of my best possessions. needless to say the greatest creation of nokia.

I got this phone about 8 months ago and already (this started in may, now mid-august) the battery is only lasting a day, maximum and for about 3 weeks it continually vibrated - even when i wasnt recieving a call or sms etc. Another down side are the keys, a lot of people have said they're good but i find it hard to type a message without hitting other keys but apart from all of that its pretty good....

This phone brought one of the best keypads that Nokia has for their phones. I wish some of the high range models get blessed with such simple, yet brilliant keypad, instead of the clowney things that Nokia is fond of providing. The cons - Display not upto the mark, not enough memory, and no radio, which makes 6610 come into picture for low range users.

very disappointing-browser has stopped working after 3 months.
i believe that Nokia's are over priced & i am going back to Alcatel which produces far better phones
