I have had many phones over the years, I bought this one 6 years ago. I have a blackberry, as well as a nokia 6131 and honestly, this phone is the best one that Ive had. Not only is it sturdy, since ive dropped it in water twice, but its also a really hard worker- the batt doesnt die over 3 days. And Ive never lost any info on it or anything. I HEART this phone

I've had this phone for 6 years, and it's simply the best cellphone I've owned to date. I usually buy my phones based on user reviews and specifications. Well from what I have discovered, cell phones rarely live up to their promises of talk time and standby...but this one really delivers. I typically charge my phone every 10 to 14 days. Reception is good, and I often get signals where others can't. It has a small form-factor and does not get hot when you talk on it for a long time. I've dropped it on pavement dozens of times with no bad effects. The only negatives that come to mind are the limited feature set and lame appearance. For a similar phone with more features get the Nokia 6230. After having a good experience with this phone I went out and got an E50 thinking it would be just as good, but it was pure shite. For a basic 2G GSM phone, it doesn't get any better than 3120.

I've used it for 4 years. It's durable and the performance is great. I dropped once in water. I could refix it after disassembled the frame and absorb the water droplets inside with a piece of cloth. That's why I like Nokia more than Motorola which seems less durable and has a battery life problem.

my phone always goes "SIM card registration failed" every 5 minutes (literally). is this a common issue for this phone? also when I leave it for so long (like 10 minutes) it goes to a blank screen when I'll go to Contacts. what should I do with my phone?
