squall, 10 Jun 2010hi., may i know how to use the opera mini for free??, thanks.,,,Opera Mini is a straight forward program... just install it (I have version 4.2.13) (didn't find version 5 very good for this device - it is meant for touch-screen phones) The menu appears and there are some very frequently and commonly used bookmarks... you can browse using URL or Search using Google both are built in on the top side of the window.... You can save your favorites in the Bookmark section. (Just browse and open the site you want... go to Menu ... Tools ... Add Bookmark ... edit and / or Save. There you see it is very simple to use.
I personally prefer to use the Bolt Browser ... I have upgraded to Version 2.10 and find it very fast and it is also very easy and one can browse multiple pages at once through tabbed browsing.

I agree with Rahul... by body I mean the mid-section strip that runs along the entire circumference of the device ... I already have 4 cracks - two on each side ..... this section should have been steel, that would have made the phone very durable, I don't see any other faults.

so if you are rough user dont go for it

i agree... this phone is really amazing!!! and its price is really affordable with its high quality features.. its battery is good... the camera is good also... and the music player... and the key pads are user friendly.. and get this it has a front camera.. and it has 3g! you can even install Opera Mini for fast internet.. i sooo love this fone.. i mean my mom loves it coz she's using it but i'm the one who's customizing it for her and making it more easier for her to use.. i give this fone a 9.5 - 9.8 satisfactory rate! it's a great buy!!! absolutely no regrets with this fone..

This is the best phone i ever had for this price.It has many remarkable features in comparison to his price range.Its very good for anyone that isnt very demanding and wants a very good phone for a low price.

i must say i've had this phone for almost 2 yrs and i've had no problems with it. Its really cheap and packed with features and a decent camera with flash for night use. Very easy to text too and good reception. The only features that are not on this phone is the tv and touchscreen which i can live without.

Anonymous, 02 Jun 2010hey my friend has the same phone and we are trying to find ... moreI have been using Opera Mini, Bolt browser recently upgraded to version 2.10 and Firefox. I can access the internet through all three browsers. My favorite right now is the Bolt 2.10. It is fast and allows tabbed browsing and supports numerous widgets. I am very happy with the performance of Bolt.
As for your reply, ask your service provider with details for configuration... we all have different SPs. Setup is simple.

hey my friend has the same phone and we are trying to find the setting that would probably edit the proxy sever address as wel as the proxy port? is it posssible that it this phone has no such thing if there is none how can we use the opera mini for free any suggestions...... hope some one could answer this desperately needed... :)

tell us more about your experiences and why you think this phone is bad or Worst as you claim. A lot of us have had this phone for more than a year and can swear that it is good. I myself have had it for more than a year and think it is a great one for the price. It has lots of features and is very reliable. It has 3G too. I think it is one hell of a phone in that price range. Now dont you just put up such comments.

They have started new C, E, X, N series starting with low numbers. So that means spares for older phones will soon be out of the markets. You may just be lucky enough to get one from the old stock.

Can someone tell me where can i get the body for this phone? Its no longer available in Bangalore. I have been using it for almost 2.5 yrs now and i intend to use it more. Willing to buy a new handset also if someone has stock available. Please let me know.
