I got this phone 4 days ago. It's a good phone, though many forums other than here also stated the mono mp3 problem. Other problem is the loudspeaker, not very good sound when hearing music or sounds.
Now the major problem with this phone is a company defect, there's a big list on another forum: the defect is that dust starts appearing under the screen, and u need to take it to a cust. care center to clean it. Its a defect becuz the foam inside the screen cover doesnt isolate much, specially from the keys side, where much dust comes in. I had the phone for 4 days, didnt put it much in pocket though, and this annoying dust is appearing now.
Some might tell u the phone is a bit slower than the other symbian 60 series.
Overall i still like the phone though, but i really need to solve that dust problem.its too annoying

dude this fone does not have stereo mp3 hardware only supports dual mono mp3 playback

Can I upgrade my Nokia3230 for Stereo Real Player(for MP3)& higher volume level for FM Radio,also how can one download MP3 files via DKU cable? You have to compress these MP3 files? Please help !

why is it that there's a beep before my ringtone or message tone sounds? do you guys experience the same?

my version is 3.0512.0ch, but it also didn't vibrate in the silent mode...

You mean can't vibrate in silent mode when receive phone or recieve msg? Why my phone can't control the volume when hear mp3 by using Realplayer? The volume for 1 until 10 also is the same except no sound when at 0. So how? Pls help me!!! But for the radio I still can control the sound... Do anyone know are there any better software for listening mp3 except Realplayer?

anybody got later than this..
dis version didnt vibrate in silent mode. Before this i use 3.0505 and 3.0510. I never experience the vibrate in silent mode. But some users said that 3.0512 solve the vibrate problem but i never use that version.

It will say may be not compatible. But if u force install it (by choosing NO), it will still install and u will still be able to use it.

help me..sis files can be detected by nokia installer..but jar files cant..is the jar files to be install..coz i want to install Msdrive the card mem as default app. but i cant..pls tell me how to install that thing..thanx
