Had any person try to put in the (stereo) headset in the mobile and listen to the MP3 files ..?
plz tell us if it`s stereo or mono after doing this ... !!

One more doubt i have is that the resolution of photos taken with the 6630 is also 1280 x 960...So my question is that are any of U usin the 6630 also havin similar problems or is it only with the 3230..

SERIOUS FLAW!!!!
I did not how else to reach Nokia...they do not have a proper contact ID..I want u guys to help me spread the word so that some action will be taken...
BUT THERE IS A SERIOUS FLAW WITH THE CAMERA
the resolution of images taken with the 3230 is 1280 x 960 where as that taken with the 6230i is 1280 x 1024...Because of the proportion chosen by the company for the 3230 the images taken with the mobile seem to be Compressed or Flattened in either vertically or horizontally...
Puttin it in simpler words a normal person would appear much broader in the images...
I think this is really a sick joke...After bein the first person to buy this mobile...I FFEEL LET DOWN...I expect the company to bbring a firmware upgrade very soon...I am rreally DISSAPPOINTED!

notice that the pics taken with the cam has alot of noise? and the basic quality (640*480) the quality is so bad it's worse than 6600 even its the same resolution.. the normal and high settings are ok ok. juz that has alot of noise.
anywae i sold my 6260 for this phone. so far it hasn't let me down. 6260's keypad cannot make it..

To have a stereo MP3 put in the headest in the USB Port of the mobile than open MP3 files ...

when trying to balance phone your thumbs have to reach further down to reach keypad and its really getting to my thumbs..ive gone back to my 7610 for now and there is no difference except for radio and you have to have your headfones dangling from your fone to pick up stations

Only double voltage rs-mmc works on it. Alredy i have a 512 one from my old and selled 6630. :P

i got it , it looks nice, faster stable but memory is not enough 32 MB, without SD memory solt compared to siemens SX1, but camera is much better than siemens, it would be much better if they have outsid a memory slot for extention like siemens SX1

This mobile phone unit is already available in the Philippines at around US$410, openline w/ one year Nokia warranty. I just bought today - nice unit. Good grip.

this phone looks great played with it da other day cos nokia did a show thing at my work, very similair to nokia 3650 with the symbian i am thinkin about getting this handset cos it looks amazing i wud be disapointed at not gettin d500 though

Hi jon, they announced the mp3 option because they are a good quality.. i mean, the mp3 sounds in mono, but the quality is just like a mp3, 44Hz and 16bit. So it will be enought to use like a temp player...

i really can't wait to have my very own 3230. i have been waiting for this since november. i wanted to get a 7610 before but i think 3230 is a lot lot better. just wanna ask when will this fone be available in the PHILIPPINES and how much does it cost????? thanks!

What were Nokia thinking? MONO MP3? This is almost the phone I've been waiting for. Why offer mp3 at all if it is only mono? :/
