it's a really BAD PHONE! don't buy it if you're planning to guyss. the phone starts on its own all the time & after a yr. of using it (based from my usage), the phone had problems on charging the battery. no, the battery was not the problem bcoz i bought a new battery & the charging time is still slow. get this: 1 hour of charging time, still, 1 bar. the phone itself sucks. big time. better buy 6680. :)

this cell phone really belongs to my uncle and he gave it to me,wen i start using dis cell phone it was great!but i realized after how many week's the cell phone restart by its-self,what is wrong with the cell phone??

what a useless piece of communication device if you can call it that. I had a 5140 before and functionality is not good in comparison.
*No auto keylock
*No timed profiles
*Menus are programmable but no standard or reset too standard if you mess up the setups.
*Although you can put in as many contacts as the memory can hold, the search function for contacts are not good. One would like to be able to search for keywords like company name instead of name or surname of user but too no avail.
*Large screen though

Dear friend,
I have used this set and find gud but i am not aware of all feature as how could i use Radio(as per feature available in it, i have tried many times with handsfree & bluethoot but i havn't found any menu to start the radio), how can i send infra and bluethoot message / items to memory card as phone memory restricts me to receive data upto 5-6mb availble to phone, feature of photocall & last one more thing how could i save text message(SMS) in to sim.
hope u all friends will help me in this matter & do reply at earliest.

after installing screansaver go to theme and select option and after that you see screansaver

hey, i have this cell phone 3230 but i couldnt see any time in message either sent message or inbox messages. Let me know if thats included to the features of the said unit or please help me to configure that message settings so that i am informed when the messages are coming out. Thank you very much.

ive been havin tis pone 4 abt 3 yrs and i tink its thhe best phone. ya there are some drawbacs abt it like sometimes it just restarts by itself and the ponememory is less. yet its not tat bad.

My 3230 is completely crashed after just 2 yrs in service. No Speakerphone, No ringtone and no camera. And now no display. The Board of this model seems to have an inherent problem. And inspite of a warning by the storekeeper, i bought it to realise the truth. Stay away fm this model. All other Nokia mobs seem to be durable.

hey dude, sorry to say there is no screen saver you can dig up, I had that phone for a bout a year yet no screen saves... overall this phone kicks ass, one bad thing about it is the cosmetic, you might notice that the back part of the phone is fading... i could be wrong but it happened to me... good luck...

does any body know wheather this phone(Nokia 3230) support "Screen saver feature"..?
i am able to see the option about screen saver date and time. But not able to find the option to set an image as screen saver.
So, Plese tell how to set an image as screen saver in ( Nokia 3230 ) ? And i am not able to set reminder. So, please tell how to set reminder in ( Nokia 3230 ) ?

I am using nokia 3230 . I get the message when i switch on the phone that phone start-up failed contact the retailer. Can you suggest what should i do ?
