To mitch,
Those applications were installed onto the Nokia memory card provided with the phone when you purchased it. Unless you have the installation file on a computer or another device I don't think there is a way you can get those applications back. You could try looking on the offical Nokia website or ty typing the name of the applications into Google and try your luck. Otherwise, once again, I don't think you can get those applications back.

Make sure you close all existing applications that are still running. If you are unfamilar with a smart phone, then you won't know that everytime you press the red button ["reject call" button"] for exit, you will leave the application running [this can include camera, messaging, games, etc.]. It is fine to leave a few open but if you leave too many open you will usually get the "Memory low delete some data" warning. So in another, close unused applications and try not to run too many simultaneously.
And just as another tip, if you want to easily access the existing opened applications hold down the menu button [which is the huge button next to the top left soft key and the "accept call" key].

I bought a Nokia 3230 a month ago and suddenly if im answering a call and an incoming call comes in the phone will signal "memory low delete some data" and will automatically go off. My memory card is still empty as im yet to download anything in it. Pleas what do i do......

hi i recently bought a 3230 & upto now it was functioning perfect. However after a few weeks now the main display font (default theme) has changed & looks very ugly. can someone pls help me to resolve this. the original font was very compaq & visually nice. PLS help me out, thanks.

hello, i just purchased my nokia 3230 but I have a big problem right now. we have reformatted the memory card so i still can have my old photos and videos on my old memory card and now the image editor, multimedia and video editor are now missing. I can no longer find those features on my phone which were there before they have reformatted my phone. How can i have thos features back? advise asap pls. thanks.

Im using the nokia 3230,n i find it 2b one of the best nokia's around. If u have any problems with viruses go 2 www.Wapain.Co.Uk,here u can find sum great software 4ur 3230.I personaly downloaded a mp3 player which has a equalizer,that works great,go ahead n njoy.

iam using nokia 3230 for the past 5 months.. over this i hav chosen a 512mb card in my 3230.it's working in an superb condition till now.. it hav not yet restarted or hanged.. iam quite happy with my set..but the only matter that disappoints me the sound quality of this phone.i just think why these nokia people had brought this gadget with such a drawback. this is the only a matter to think a while or befor u take a nokia 3230. as per one websites that i visited, they hav choosen nokia 3230 as a most userfriendly phone.. but i dont think so.. there is som difficulty with the joystick, then with keypad etc. there one more problm with this phone,it eat a time.. if we just shot a picture.. the camera is too slow of capturing the image. one could here the clicking sound of the camera but the image we get is of entirely diffrent from what we shot.. this phone entirely ment for business class people,cant be for an entertainment. so guys if anyone is intrested to take this gadget.think a bit..and hav a wise choice!! if u want more to here on this phone just mail me!!

if someone want to purchase it then i req them to not purchase it.
I am using this phon form last 5 months and i found that this phone is full of bugs(hang, restats,unwanted sound from speaker,somet time ring tones are not ring, mp3 player is bad,FM is bad,sound very low)
in other words
Nokia 3230 = full of bugs

my broda was tryin to convince me to get 3230 but the complains i'm gettin,is discouraging me.all i want is nokia phone with bluetooth,ir,large internal memory and a memory card,which phone can do this

As the version of my phone is 5.0604.0 23-01-06 rm-51 it restarts sometimes.Eg during a longtime call. Nokia has to improve its firmware to solve this problem. If the speed and other software problems are solved by next firmware, It will be the best phone of all times:)===

srry to say...but this phn is one peice of CRAP...i used for abt 9 mnths..nd every second day i got new probs...nokia this wasnt expected frm a company like urs...plz stop the production of this phn..it sucks..i wud never suggest ny1 to buy this phn...it has given me reall bad time...

i bought tis 3230 lat month...tis is the worst phine i have ever use..cox it always hung and need to wait so long to open a menu or gallery..although i am a nokia supporter,but i really hate tis phone..it give me so many problem..sry to nokia...but tis is real..

ican help you for this problem.
1.you must have bluetooth class 1
2.install blue tooth driver. im using bluesoil driver.
3.on phone bluetooth.set your name.
4.plug your bt to usb computer and click red button in the picture.
5. or if you want to use pc suite nokia just instal it.
6.click file manager at pc suite.before that you have to syncronas conection

the higest memory card i used 1 g. i m using dual vol mmc card. so far no problem.
