guys i have already bought 3230. and for about 3 day my phones font changed and simbol of "enter" disappair. is anyone know to solve this problem. can this be from different themes.
I also searching freeware softwares for my phone. because there was be dotsis.com/vb for download, but recently this site is going to sold.

jef to connecting gprs problem must be from
1. you dont made tru settings
2. or your gprs operator cant support gprs
Then if you want to sent anythig to far friend please use sms or mms

first off all i think in 3230 you cant put gif to screensaver. For this you have to install special screensavers.

im using a philips headset and after i converted the pop-port to mini-jack the sounds is more enhance than the conventional nokia headphone. the bass can hear well and the treble is clear. just make sure you soldered the right connections.

Anyone, please tell me if there are any freeware available similar to quickoffice for viewing word, excel and powerpoint. QuickOffice is not free and it costs $50. Also, I would like to know the suitable software for adobe pdf reader. The one that is available in adobe's website is suitable for 6680 model and not working for 3230.

Hi guys,
I just bought this nokia 3230 phone and as of now i dont have any problems with it. Im still studying the phone but i just have one question or may be two. "HOW CAN I SEND AN EMAIL USING MY PHONE OR USE MY SMS?" I tried to activate my gprs and sms but nothing happened. Also HOW CAN I SEND A PICTURE to my friend not using bluetooth and infra coz she's far from me. Can anyone please help me........just in case this is also my email add. bubble_blues24@yahoo.com

Hey! This is a great phone I got mine last year april its going to be its 1 year aniversary wit me soon...
I was realy having a hard time with the sound output in the headsets it was aweful
hate it....with all the hisss not like the 6630 it has great sounds...
are there solutions for this please help please just post it here...thanks

does anybody knows how to repair or how much is the cost to repair the problem of four bling - when you turn on the phone, four times the nokia logo at the start up will disappear until totally shut downs and will happen again when you turn on again and again. tnx buddy

I am totally unimpressed by the Nokia 3230. Within a few weeks of buying the phone it had a minor fall from a restaurant table. There was not the slightest sign of damage to the phone casing, but tiny screen fractures gradually showed up - and eventually bled all over the screen. When I went to a local retail outlet looking for a replacement phone, they said that maybe the 3230 could be repaired cheaply. The store had only one other phone awaiting repair at that time - and they showed it to me - it also was a Nokia 3230 with screen fractures in the identical spot to mine. I am not prepared to get it repaired as I believe the phone design makes it highly susceptible to screen damage. I took the issue up with Nokia and they just don't want to know about it. I suspect that the 3230 could be pulled off the market or heavily discounted soon if the screen fracture issue is as common as it seems to be from my own tiny sample experience. Has anyone else out ther experienced similar problems ?

You can download and install FExplorer v1.15. With it you can view the attatched files in messages you recieve in the inbox and transfer it to any folder location you want.

I wanted also to convert my pop-port headset to a mini-jack connector but decided to see some postings about it first. Can you please comment on the sound improvement using high quality headsets plugged into the mini-jack? Is is a lot? Thanks in advance.
