the inbox is present in phone memory i.e., c:
i had downloded it yesteday n i dinnot use it till 2day 2day i came 2 kno dat even 0.22 is not lukin in d inbox (its lukin but its notnot detectin any smartmovie files or any othe unknown files
sorry bout dat :(

    ViperKid there was a link for upgrading my phone software.Will that work? as 3250 is not on the list will be shortly.Will that do ?otherwise im going to sell this phone.

          re hardware info on sysexplorer, i think those r just approximates otherwise ur 3250 has a faster CPU than mine.. =) and yup, mine too says 16M color screen.. don't know how true is dat. re scanning messages via sysexplorer, as i said b4, i don't know any 3rd party file browser dat can access it as of now. as soon as i found out, u'll b d first 1 to know.

            there's no way of downloading V3.28 as of now by urself (actually there is, but i don't recommend it as u myt kill ur phone as it is very tedious and besides i don't even know d link where to get it..). best thing to do is to hav it upgraded at nokia care or any authorized by nokia in ur country. its free as long as ur unit has warranty (in case u don't know). V3.23 will do (except d white balance effect on d camera, it will not work (same with 3.21)

              one thing more viperkid!!

              i looked for hardware info in sysexplorer.. it shows the following:
              cpu speed: 235mhz ( and not 229)
              ROM: 45.8 mb ????
              screen: 176*208
              colors: 16777216 ?????????????????? ( isn't the colors in 3250 only 262000? )

                i had sysexplorer 0.21 and now i have 0.22 .. and i found both the same!! where is the inbox?? how can i access it?? by the way.. i make my messages to be stored on the memory card.. help me plz!! thanx!!

                  ViperKid please is there any way i can download the new V3.28 on my phone by myself.Man this phone is pissing me off now.i was better off with the 6630.damn ! Please help me out

                    SE w810 may b a little better in takin photos coz of d auto focus and flash than 3250 but remember u can use image editor softwares to enhance and reduce noise on images captured by 3250 when taken under low light conditions otherwise both r almost equal in quality when takin pics under good lighting. also, video quality of 3250 is better than W810 plus d fact dat 3250 is symbian whereas W810 is not, u know watta i mean.. screen physical size, no contest 3250 has larger. re: pluggin ur own headphones, 3250 can do dat too with d AD-41 adapter included so pluggin in Sennheiser PX200 is not a problem to blow d competition away vs SE W810/W800 coz d latter has better inbox earplugs (obviously dat's y they r more expensive than 3250) u can buy 3250 at a cheaper price than W810 so u can purchase Sennheiser PX200 for a far more better quality than earphones from W800/W810! so my suggestion, if ur lookin for a more rounded-do-it-all (almost, except wifi, upnp and other leisure/business stuff) phone, i highly recommend 3250 (buy only at authorized distributors)! one more thing re music functions, 3250 has more supported formats like wma and eAAC+ (so u can save up to 200-270 full tracks) on just 512mb microSD with very small quality loss vs AAC! not to mention d ability of 3250 to search in music library (like wat u do in ur phonebook, typing in d first letters) to quickly change/select from 1 song to another! W810/W800 cannot do dat, u hav to scroll down to a long list of playlists, how tiring! oh b4 i forget, do u know dat 3250's loudspeaker is around 60% louder than W810.. and take note of its loudspeaker quality, W810 is no match to 3250! and another thing, 3250 has realplayer which means ur far more supported by network operators worldwide coz mostly streaming contents r .ram/rm files which realplayer is capable of playin unlike W810/W800!

                            ive downloded sysexplorer from funmaza i.e., sysexplorer version 0.22 n i think its workin 4 inbox i.e., it is lookin in the inbox i havnt used it though (got it 2day) but it was goin in d inbox

                                  i think nokia center was referring to ur store's warranty, since u got ur 3250 w/out warranty from nokia.. yup, but my warranty is still intact and i can do d firmware upgrading as much as needed thru nokia center/authorized service centers up to 1 year from date of my purchase. and yes, nokia will not open ur phone in upgrading FW.

                                  if yer talkin bout inbox earplugs, then i must say dat SE walkman phones such as W800/W810 hav better bass coz of d higher quality HPM-70 earphones (which is almost as expensive as Sennheiser PX100) dat has absolutely better bass and clarity and overall sound quality than default earphones by W800/W810! not to mention Sennheiser PX200 (though will cost u a little more) but it will blow u away, it makes ur 3250 better than iPod's inbox earphones and of course than any walkman phones by SE as of now! i believe creative has some portable speakers called "creative travelsound series" which is compatible with 3250 (i saw it bundled with a contract here in the Philippines..) not to forget bose, of course.

                                  i suggest dat u w8 for 3.28, if u can't then 3.23 is a good choice (except dat ur white balance effect on camera will not work, same with 3.21) but generally, 3.23 is more stable

                                  official nokia website states up to 1GB only, but remember wat nokia said bout 6230i, only up to 512mb but in reality i tried 1GB and it work! same thing with 3250! 2GB will probably work with 3250, besides 6131 does..

                                  i think dat' not true at all since im always accidentally put pressure on my 3250 especially when its on my pocket wyl commuting and i don't see any sign of black lines or looks of cracks whatsoever.. i just dropped my 3250 4 times and in not so high places only around 4 feet, so far it is still workin (d twist mechanism, phone, camera and music modes 100%)!

                                  no, its not true dat 3250 hangs alot. honestly, for d past over 5 months of owning it, it only hanged twice (and dat was when i had V3.18 firmware, now i hav V3.23 and so far no hangups..). i hav 512mb microSD and never showed me any slow down in performance. 3250 is not compatible w/ video conferencing since its not a 3G phone

                                      Yeah, toto thats right about direct sun, maybe I`ve to remake my question, I just want to know is it possible to se anything in sunny day (not in direct sun) without hideing it from sun as it is for most of SE phones!?
