3250 is a S60 3rd ed model, therefore apps/games/themes made for 7610, 6630, 6680, 3230, 7650, N70, N90 will not work with 3250, N80, N91, N93, N71, N73 bcoz d latter phones has this new "kernel", and software security, etc. for better and faster performance compared with S60 2nd Ed FP3 devices below

try this, quickly press the power button then select "Remove mem. card" after that go to organiser > memory > options > format mem. card. hop dat works. re themes, i guess u hav no other recourse but to reformat ur card, b reminded to backup ur files. re smartmovie, i hav to try it first and try to figure it out, i'll post it ASAP

u can remove unwanted programs in: tools > app mgr.. im not sure about this, but i know its bluetooth 1.2 (does not support stereo BT). when installing games/apps b sure to select "memory card" on d drop down list box on d right side of d application installer on PC suite. sorry but i don't know any link wer we can find a good anti-virus SW for free. re adding + sign on saved contact, i tried it on my 3250 but it shows d name, perhaps u hav assigned dat no. into 2 diff names like peach and mango, dat's y ur 3250 shows only d no. instead of d name..

6131 can also record up to 1 hour of video. yup, many attested dat 6131 has a poor battery and an average cam bcoz its only 1.3mpx. but considering d price, i think its not that bad at all.

i suggest dat u hav ur unit replaced. usually, units bundled with network operators has dat problem. u may also try to upgrade ur firmware.

since i haven't heard all loudspeakers of Walkman phones by SE, i can't categorally say all but im sure its louder than W800, K750, W810 by about 60-70%!

when i twist to the music player, at times it takes about a minute to start.
a question, the sending of messages really causes the phone to lag.
it takes so long to send just one msg.
what can i do?

no, i don't think it will b d same scenario with d twist function, i had 3250 for almost 3.5 months now, so far it still works 100%. take note i twist d mechanism at least 1-3 times/day.

yup, d effect and sound quality 'REALLY' changes wen changin equalizer settings, etc. and d sound quality is DEFINITELY better than 6630's on both loudspeaker and earphones, no doubt

if ur a music addict who likes a fast performance with great sound quality, 3250 is d best buy for ya, otherwise if u love 3G services with a slower performance and a mediocre sound quality compared to 3250, 6630 myt b d right cel for ya.

Had to send my 3250 back. Phone freezes for 2.5-3mins when sending an SMS.

hi viperkid,,,just got the n80 but have been waiting for awhile but my questio is as ive read thru this forum it seems that this fone is series 60 3rd edition and so is n80 so does that mean were all in the same one big happy family???thanx

aha got prob...where should i set back...today i just add a contact number include international code..example +60192403036 is save under name peach..and when the number call me..it doesn't show the caller name "peach" instead show the "calling... 0192403036? why? where should i set?
