pic quality when taken indoors, complete darkness and close ups, k750 wins here, though in places with good lighting conditions, u will hardly see d difference on both cams on a printed 4R size photo.. on d other hand video quality, 3250 wins, no questions.
based on my experienced on SE phones, the stated talk time on their official site is far from truth here, i tried k750 4 hours straight and d battery drained and its nowhere near to 9 hours! with nokia, WYSIWYG, if they say so 3 hours then u'll get 3 hours approx of continous talk time.
memory, with K750 u can upgrade up to 2GB as u said, but if ur considering price, memsticks are almost double d price of dat microSD, especially here in d phils. and besides u can only fit in around 500 - 600 full track in a 2GB memstick compared to 600 - 750 songs on a 1GB microSD of 3250 bcoz it recognizes eAAC+ music format. juz imagine how many songs u can fit in, in d near future when a 2GB microSD be available if ever..
infrared, yup dat's a plus for K750, coz not every phone has bluetooth, so dat's a minus for 3250
syncML, 3250 may not have it, but u can also transfer ur contacts, personal notes and calendar notes with nokia pc suite, so its not really an issue.. but if ur into d blackberry thing, syncML gives more options for u in synchronizing data between devices.. but then again, 3250 is a smartphone, so a 3rd party application is juz around d corner to solve dat problem.
music quality on default earphones:
k750 wins a bit on d bass element here, but d clearness and clarity (treble element) on 3250 is alot better (acoustic elements) are much more loose, if ya know wat i mean.. overall sound quality/functionality/performance wise, i prefer 3250 bcoz its faster to transfer tracks thru usb, with more compatible music formats with search function no need to scroll down to a big mess of track lists!
music quality on loudspeaker:
no arguments here, 3250 wins in loudness and clearness no DOUBT!
OS:
symbian OS S60 3rd edition on 3250 is as fast as k750, there are times it's faster especially when viewing images on d gallery. as we all know, S60 is more compatible with networks e.g live streaming, content downloads (as of now downloads such as apps/games/themes may not b dat much, but rest assured by end of this year, voila lots of content will be compatible with S60 3rd edition models) bcoz developers knows dat nokia is d no. 1 handset maker so its more likely dat they make more apps/games/themes for nokia than SE considering their market shares, just analyze who is more profitable!

one more note re OS, symbian OS is more customizable than k750, battery/signal bars, menu icons, tabs, music player menu, etc is also modified when changing themes unlike k750. and if ur thinkin' about animated menu icons, don't worry, 3250 is flashlite compatible, it supports morphing and animated menu icons!
here are things i didn't like with k750:
-very low volume on earpiece even when set to max, d other party im talkin to could hardly hear me..
-very unstable software, in a period of 7 days i've experienced about 3 hang ups with seldom of white screen of death dat i hav no recourse but to take out d battery, how ANNOYING!
-d stupid joystick only lasted me around 6 months, not only me can confirm this but ALL k750 owners too. d joystick is a MESS! second hand k750 units for sale probably have dat problem with d joystick, dat's y d owner wants to discard it!
in d end, its still up to yer personal preferences and lifestyle. good luck!

(since u used k750) pls compare the SE K750i & 3250.
i feel the k750i has more features: auto focus, flash, Li-po battery, higher standby & talk time, memory upgrdble to 2GB, infrared, syncML.
also the SE W700i is= k750i+Walkman+256 MB
difficult to decide whether i shud buy k750i (usd 294) or 3250 (usd 350)?
also pls compare the OS for both phones.
much appreciate your thoughts.

i bought it PhP23,999.00 last april 1 on gateway with free gorillaz demon days live dvd. yup, its reliable to get at SM, abenson and automatic centre (basta ung may 1 year limited warranty). not sure getting 1 at greenhills, kze d last time i bought a unit there, naka 2 palit ako ng unit, very time consuming and nakakainis dba, kaya ask for me as long as possible i don't buy at greenhills, ung sa mga tiangge..
i never experienced any problem with my 3250, like stuck up in msging, d twisting mechanism (mine works 100% everytime), slow OS, etc..
re upgrading ur firmware, u can go to brightpoint alimall, nokia care greenbelt 1, tomas morato and cyberzone SM city. sm city branch told me d latest is 3.28, but i heard d newest preloaded in a set is 3.23, currently most of d authorized nokia center has 3.21, so upgrading to the latter at least is acceptable.

sandisk, latest is 3.28 RM-38, i suggest u upgrade to 3.21 at least.
PSds:
if u love 3G services with mediocre music function and quality with a kinda slow OS go for N70. if ur a music addict and wants a definitely faster performance than N70 go for 3250.

currently, n gage games will not work with 3250. let's wait for d creator of dat emulator to update his/her application to S60 3rd edition phones, maybe end of this year, really not sure, depends on d author of dat said emulator.. it does not hav sms counter, but it has in-call duration REAL TIME it shows in mins and secs wyl engaged in a call and then shows d total duration after d call. official nokia site says, digital zoom only.

3250 supports .sis files. but d .sis file should be for S60 3rd edition, apps/games/themes made for 6630, 7610, 7650, 3230 will not work with 3250, N80, N91, N93, N71, N93 bcoz d latter models r S60 3rd ed models with new kernel, software platform security, etc...

my music player works about 1 sec after twisting d keypad, d firmware is 3.18 or 3.21. kung sa akin lang, dapat tlgang papalitan mo yan bro ng bagong unit.. kze wen i got mine i hindi ko na experience yan d firmware then was 3.18, now i have 3.21.

kabayan,, how much did u get yours in gateway? and is it reliable to buy sa abenson, sm, or other malls?? perhaps greenhills???? im still thinking if i'd get one because of the lots of problems im hearing... im not into complicated fones, just want a good music fone with a camera,,, 3250 seems to be good. in terms of software, im not that much into wide technological mobile breakthroughs.simple applications would suit me..
just concerned on the freezing of txtmessaging, that kinda bothers me upon buying the fone... san din ako mag papa upgrade ng firmware if ever i get the .18 version? and what upgrade would u prefer?

it's a simple problem.. u have put some unsupported stuff in ur memory card. do one thing, put a charger on and then switch on the phone. it'll surely get start. now format ur card.

this doesnot let the wallpaper to set in on the whole screen.pls help
