This is a fantastic set i have used it for one year it has the best sound quality among all the phones of Nokia it battery is also very good i advised everyone that if they want a set that has good sound quality then they buy this set.

EASILY WORTH THE MONEY.
just remember its not a boombox or a full fledged entertainment system so like any other music device it wont be crystal clear if you have the volume up to all. the phone is excellent solid metl construction, comfortable keys, great functionality, it sticks sometimes but its a smartphone (computer) and those stick on you too so that doesnt effect the quality of the device, camera cool in day not a night picture phone at all, very nice display, connection by usb shows up as removable drive in data transfer mode so drag and drop is cool dont need to use pcsuite for that function, conversion of mp3 to smaller formats is easy thru the pcsuite and saves loads of space but doesnt affect the phone,hemes ,applications and games for it. i believe it the total package and you will not need anothe phone for a while. better than the sony w810i. headphones are excellent once you put them in your ear correctly and they dont hurt the ear after long periods of use like normal earphones that plug in your ear do. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOKIA RULES.

hey i checked from the site the anon guy. the site does say latest firmware for 3250 is 4.40. but i also checked the nokia site and also through my NSU. both say the latest released yet is still 4.14. lets wait and see...

you just open website www.symbianv3.com.then at the right site there is so many links.find new updating firmware daily.it is about firmware history.type what model an then it show all the firmware.i not sure thats true or not..

n70 camera is better than 3250 but i suggest u to get 3250 bcoz of its os 9.1 twister phone good video nice display good ketpad good durability .......

well this phones a greatest addition to Nokia family.Expressonmusic 3250 is such a rocker!!!!!!!i had it upgrade to 4.14firmware and it's much different from 3.23 firmware. to good that i have this phone...i really love it,planning to buy as 2gb memory for more storage capacity.....love this phone so much.i'll never replace thsi with the n-series type of handsets

i upgraded my firmware to 4.14 and i have both smartmovie 3.41 and divx 0.88. the smartmovie was working well at the 1.20 pre roll audio setting but know it seems not to be in sync even at the 1.20.
help me please
