to all 3250 users .sis files are supported on the phone.
i put on 18 .sis themes from ownskin.com and other sites and all work. ignore the msg about damaging phone and install. the ones that expired change the date to 01/01/2007 and they should work.

its a commn problem of 3250. Every1 first face such kinda problem.
no problem . You have to just download sms accelaretor from nokia website!

thanks a million Dr Adedoyin. do .sis themes work on the 3250. i got soe bluetoothed and they tell me application untrusted and might harm my phone. help

i am nokia 3250 user and since couple of months i am facing this problem tat my sms delivery takes 5min delay which infact shld take few seconds only,
Not only that my phone hangs for those 5 min and in that time gap if some1 tries to call me they hear the phone ringing on the other end but i dont rec the call since my phone has hung up and moreover doesnt get recorded in Missed call section.
Its creates a lot of misunderstanding in the end. can someone guide me as to wat is the problem????

hey guys how r you, well if anyone of u know how to install themes or any software without installing pc suite as we connect the phone in data traveller mode is there any way to load the application somwhere in the phone and after disconnect data travler switch on the phone and install from there plz tell me if any one of u have a kinda experiment like that

Forget about the nth themes they will not work for your 3250.
Go to the link bellow and get yourself a good theme. Many to chose from. However, to install themes in Gallery 1 to 7, you have to reset your phone date to about 01/01/07. You change back date after installation. For Gallery 8 and 9 no need to change date.

hi guys
i have the 3250 express edition and its a great phone. i was trying to get themes for it from a fren of mine who has a 6131 nokia via bluetooth. when i try to view the on my phone it says UNKNOWN FILE FORMAT. all the themes end with .nth (e.g spiderman3.nth, transformers.nth) can anyone help me as to why these might not work on my phone and what can i do to make the work.

Every time I go to buy a phone,I take a look at new phones in the market...I see so many beautiful phones and I wonder where they were before ;-) then I come back home to search more to see what they really are!
This time salesman introduced me Motorola A1200 though I couldn't find any reviwes.
Anyway I would be happy to hear you about D900 vs. 6300

How can you ever compare 6300 with 3250 don. The 6300 is not in the league of 3250, not by any chance. Granted it has 16M colour screen which is far superior in principle but not so different in real life, the 6300 is a series 40 while 3250 is not just a symbian, but advanced 60, 3rd ed, v9.1. Also granted that 6300 is very slim and beautiful, it cannot be as rugged as 3250, its metalic battery cover not withstanding.
3250 wins hands down.

If you're looking for good music phone, both 3250 and 5700 are excellent. But if you like you music loud when played without headset, buy 3250. The phone is far louder than 5700. However if you plan to use with headset, then buy 5700.

ok man. I think ,bettr u check the actual phone mem used space and free space. I thnk u knw the procedure bt m mentioning again.
menu -> options -> memore detail -> phone memory.
i hope,from here you will get few valuable information about the total free phone memory!
now,
if you free phone memory is low. Bt u dont keep much things at phone mem,y its low?
becz,
* the themes saved at phone memory
*the applications of phone memory
*games of phone memory
*hardward settings settd by nokia!
*even though the games,themes, and app saved at mem card use a space of phone mem to do their job!
so, you hav to del the games,themes, app s saved at phone mem or transfer them to mem crd!

Hiii , how u doin' sarJa , i have total 350 msgs in inbox nothing in sent items n just msgs in MYFOLDERS n they take hardly 150K but when i try to copy them in ma mem card it says MEMORY FULL DELETE SOME DATA i think 15MB is quite good for 150K size of msgs otherwise ive nothing in ma PHONE MEMORY thanx for ur advice but req. help again b'bye

Thanks sarja. I'll continue with 3250 forum for for times to come. No plans to leave. Also both 3250 and 5700 have a lot in common. Mutually exclusive so one can learn from the other.

wt evr, wts ur decision? Are you goin to stay with 5700 or 3250?
im nt changing 3250 soon.have a plan to stay with it for 2 3 years more if any fatal incidence dont occure!
but,if i get chanc to chang 3250 i wil just go to sony ericsson k790(becz 3g isnt avilable at my country) which is great for its cam and its music and fm radio + battery charge is bettr as wel with the superb xenon flash which can take photo even in a dark room!
wt mbl set u use thts nt mater,hop you wil avilable at this forum.

Thanks don. I've started seeing some "faults" with 5700. 1. You can't transfer multiple images at once to a created file in gallery. 2. Music loudness not as good as 3250 though quality better. 3. No exit in music player hence app left running till next time you swith off and on.
All in all its a great phone withenough memory in phone to play around with. Nice one to have as wife i must say.
